It’s NY so I know it’s a big nothing burger. Democrats are trying to do whatever they can to keep him from running again. It’s not only pathetic but election interference. They should be jailed and fined for this. I’m seriously planning a run for presidency and one of the things I’ll do is punish every single politician on both sides for treason, dereliction of duty, fraud, embezzlement, etc

I didn't say the lenders had anything to do with it.  If anyone was to be defrauded I would think it would be the lenders since they gave out the loan based on what Trump told them.  The D.A. can say whoever ever they want was defrauded, doesn't mean they are correct though.

I'm with all the people here who have pointed out that the banks would or should have done their due diligence.  I couldn't get a 200k mortgage from a bank without an independent appraisal.  Do you think these banks took Trump's word for 100s of millions?
