Mustard, yellow, brown, and a horseradish

BBQ sauce, sweet Baby Rays and Devil's spit

Hot sauces, Tobasco, Franks and often others

Shrimp sauce

Pickle relish, sweet and dill, and bread and butter pickles both sweet and hot

Sweet chili jelly

Malt Vinegar, A-1, Soy and Worcestishire

Chutney

Roasted green chiles

Hot and mild salsas

Mayo is not allowed in my house.  If you want splooge on your sandwich produce it yourself.

Sometimes some ranch dressing, but that is unreliable.

Reminds me, i have to swing by the Garden Center for a largem load of roasted green chiles.  Going to need twenty pounds or so I can divide up, vacuum pack, and freeze.  Should be able to get the last of the Hatch green chiles.

Will do after fishing.  The brown trout are rising pretty good after a slow season.

Agreed on the Mayo. Oddly, I too like ranch, although I recognize it is basically mayo with seasoning.  My daughter loves ranch and we usually get some when she stays with us, but we never use store bought salad dressings, those are the debbil. EVOO and vinegar only.

I don’t consider Vinegar and Oils as condiments.  That really through me off.

Is this a regional thing?

Salt and Pepper?

I do love most any mustard, reminds me of my affinity for women. I do not discriminate.

Normal American, Spicy Brown, French Dijon, Yellow, & …….Hey Honey.

I make sure any condiment that I keep in the fridge does not contain HFCS or Aspartame.  No exceptions.

I have two boys, we go through ketchup like there is no tomorrow.  Only buy Simply Heinz.  Turn and look on the back at ingredients.  It’s like 6 things.  Tomato, Vinegar, sugar, salt, spices, maybe two other things. It’s a dollar more but yeah.

Chow Chow is miracle food.

Yes, my aunt Janice makes homemade chow chow. I ask for a mason jar every Christmas.  @bostonlager it’s pretty much your jam.

Yup, that is the exact same stuff we get.  I threw out the regular stuff, and now wife knows never to buy it again.

No kidding.  Between fats, oils, sauces, seasonings, spices and straight-up condiments I’d need an hour to list everything.

Better thread would be “What’s the most interesting or uncommon accoutrement in your kitchen?”

This. I have numerous hot sauces, mustard, mayo brands, garlic sauces, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, some  Chinese sauce, KY jelly, and butter in a squeeze bottle.
