Home owners have more equity in their homes

Abortion is an absolute millstone around the R's necks.  They realize it.  You're not going to hear alot of them tout taking womens rights away on the National stage.  They're trying to make the transgender issue a big issue like abortion....but people don't even really particularly care about that.  

Biden has the border to worry about.  That is a concern.  But its not a dealbreaker because Republicans don't seem super serious about controlling it.  Trump had 4 years to build a wall.  He failed. People don't forget that. In the end, Biden will somewhat curb the number of people crossing and it won't be an issue.

 

The funny thing is that DeSantis or Haley could have beaten Biden...but those R dudes love themselves some Trump.  They can't quit him.

Black population in 2010 census: 38.9 million. 

Black population in 2020 census: 41.1 million. 

Black turnout in 2008: 62%, highest ever. 

Black turnout in 2020: 58%. 

So by percentage actually less blacks came out to vote in 2020 than in 2008, and less blacks voted for Biden than they did for Obama either time. But there’s 2 million more of them. And there will be even more in 2024. 
 

Stuff like this is why when people like you assert that Biden must have cheated because there’s no way 81 million people voted for him, or that many blacks, etc, you simply have no clue about what really happened. It’s certainly easy to study the actual results, but I doubt you ever will.

Also in regard to black voting: one of the most insidious aspects of Trump’s claim of election fraud is that he constantly focused on black communities, such as the cities of Philadelphia, Detroit and Atlanta. The actual numbers show that Trump gained votes in each of these areas, particularly with black voters, as compared to 2016. Where Trump lost ground was in the mostly white suburbs outside of these communities, especially with women. 
 

But complaining about the suburbs doesn’t strike a chord with white conservatives fearful of the growing power of minorities, which is why Trump concentrated on complaining about black areas. He was deliberately playing into racism and unfortunately the majority of Republicans have fallen for his bullcrap.
