Did you read the report?  There is nothing in there about being unfit to defend himself.  You made that up.

There were no charges because he cooperated and he doesn't think he would get a conviction.

You don’t get exonerated from a crime for cooperating . You get leniency for the crime. Well, that’s how it works for everyone else. Think about what you’re saying. Since when if someone turns themselves in are they off the hook? You get a lesser sentence or a reduction in the charges. Not nothing.

I don't care if he prosecutes Biden or not, but he chose not to.  He didn't deem him unfit to defend himself, thats not his call.

And if you wanna prosecute Biden, then prosecute trump too.  But I'm sure you don't want that.  Prosecute both of them I say.

The Boyo boys don't understand that the President has different rules than the Vice Pres. or Senators.  In particular, Biden had classified docs from his time as a Senator which is about as big a violation as a government official can commit.  The reasoning for not prosecuting Biden is very reminiscent of the reasoning used for not prosecuting Hitlery.
