Biden is bleeding black, Latino and younger voters. So they trot an unhinged 80 year old white guy out there to tell everyone how scared he is. Brilliant.

How did Rudy and Costello “orchestrate “ the laptop thing?

You must have a lot of time on your hands to copy and paste the boring play by play for 1.5 days straight lol.

What a weird line of attack.

It’s a pretty big deal that the jury is now deliberating and could come back with a verdict basically any time now.

I think you’re showing yourself as a hack :(

Its like doing play by play for 1.5 days of a turtle race.  You could basically come in at thr end and say 1 and 2 are closest to the line someone is about to win.  Seems tedious.   But again if you dont have a lot going on.

The tedious part is the “don’t you have anything better to do?” shtick.

You don't think the suppression of the Hunter laptop story had ANY impact on the election?

The parties involved in suppressing it obviously did.

But a note on a check issue many months after the election is some unknown crime which mist be prosecuted.   These bootlicking dumbfuks need to move out of this country.

A lot of stuff is rigged.
I don't know about fair-unfair. It's more about consistency across the political spectrum, which is sorely lacking.
Trump did stuff wrong. Did it rise to the level of tying up all the resources for this case? I don't see it.
Trump was not sent by God. America is still awesome. More people examine the all the good and bad and still choose Trump than just blind sheep doing so.

I'd love to see some data supporting this assertion. Seems to me that anyone paying attention to actual, real world events as opposed to the regurgitated opinions spouted by partisan talking heads would be unable to come away from that with the opinion that Trump is better than Biden in any sense.

Even Biden's failures, like the border, are far less insidious when viewed through the prism of what Trump’s alternative plans were.

This is from someone that would rather not vote for Biden, but will because Trump. Again.

Trump: “Mother Teresa could not beat these charges. These charges are rigged. The whole thing is rigged…We’ll see how we do.”

He sounds like he’s expecting a guilty verdict.

Trump: Mother Teresa could not beat these charges

Reporter: Does that mean you think of yourself as more holy than Mother Teresa?

If this report is true, this juror would go down as the biggest hero in American (nah World) History

I thought this was interesting, the last paragraph:

Quote

A majority of Americans doubt Trump’s criminal trial will conclude with a fair outcome, the CNN poll found. Only about one-third of American adults believe Trump did anything illegal regarding the case, an AP-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research poll found in April

That's more level-headed people than I thought; only 1/3 of the country is TDS OMB lemmings.  Perhaps there is hope for us after all.

The majority who doubt the trial will have a fair outcome, could include both those who think he will be found guilty and those who think he will be acquitted (I would like to see how the polling question was phrased).

Cultist really are the dumbest phuks in this country.

They cry about everything being rigged against their guy, he's a good boy, dindunuffin.  While ignoring that even before becoming their master he was constantly in court fighting some suit or suing someone else.  Dude also stole using his fake college and he stole from his charity among other violations of the law.

They bemoan the elites and rich and yet they worship a former democrat, billionaire who has done nothing his whole life but flaunt his wealth.

They are only attracted to Trump because he's tapped into their racist views about non-whites and somehow fooled the uneducated into thinking they have a champion in him.

They're moron cucks.

Why do you think there will not be a fair outcome?

Isn't this how we decide these things in this country? Trial before a jury of your peers? And we respect the outcome, right?

So you think it’s just  about Hunter having a laptop, not what’s on it? Try and think for a few seconds before posting.

I was more talking about the 2/3 of people who didn't think he did anything illegal.

But to the fair outcome, keeping the trial in Manhattan which voted 86% for Biden last time (IIRC), the judge staying on the case even though his daughter has worked for the Biden campaign, are both a little iffy.  I'm not a lawyer, but things like not allowing the Federal Elections Committee chair testify seemed iffy.

Because the judge is a political hack, the prosecution are political hacks, and the jury comes from the same retarded uber-blue jury pool  that watches The View and decided the E. Jean Carroll case.

They're just going through the proper motions to give it all legal legitimacy.

The jury selection is just how it works. You weed out the people who say they can’t be impartial or where it’s clear they can’t be impartial regardless of what they say. Changing venue makes no sense where the defendant is universally known — you’ll have the same problem in Buffalo or wherever the fock they wanted, and that venue doesn’t even have any relation to the case.

The rulings don’t seem that crazy to me but that’s what appeals are for.

Whether Trump did anything illegal is for the jury to decide. That’s why we do this process.

CLAIM: New York Judge Juan M. Merchan wouldn’t let the defense call campaign finance expert Bradley A. Smith to testify in former President Donald Trump’s hush money trial.

AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. Merchan did not bar Smith from testifying. Trump’s legal team chose to not call on him after the judge on Monday declined to broaden the scope of questioning the defense could pursue. The ruling echoed his pretrial ruling on the matter.

THE FACTS: As the trial continued Tuesday, social media users misrepresented Merchan’s ruling, repeating a statement Trump made that Smith, a law professor and former Republican member of the Federal Election Commission, was not being allowed to take the stand.

“The expert witness that we have, the best there is in election law, Brad Smith, he’s considered the Rolls Royce, or we’ll bring it back to an American car, Cadillac, but the best there is,” Trump said on his way out of court on Monday. “He can’t testify. He’s not being allowed to testify.”

The former president reiterated this falsehood several more times in his post-trial comments, claiming that Merchan was blocking Smith’s testimony “because he’s going to say we did nothing wrong.” He also posted about it on his social media platform Truth Social later that evening, calling Merchan’s decision “election interference.”
