They weren't allowed to take the written instructions into the deliberation room.

Try to keep up.

So on one hand MAGAturds are blaming the judge's instructions for keeping them from voting from the heart and based on their political convictions and on the other hand saying that the jurors were so focking dumb that they couldn't follow simple and pretty clear verbal instructions that they went on to unanimously convict him of 34 felony counts.

The MAGAturd whipper whapping on this is creating a different kind of comedy.

🤣

What all this underscores at the end is that MAGAturds are to block-headed and immovable, unable to think for themselves, that they have to fabricate things to desperately do anything they can to avoid the reality that their boyo is a POS convicted criminal and crapass human being.

The best part is that he's got even more serious trials to come.

Wake up!

I'll tell you one thing, Trump was wrong about being able to shoot someone on fifth Avenue and get away with it. The New York judicial system reserves that privilege for the "disadvantaged."

Trump would be charged with a felony for spitting on the sidewalk on fifth Ave.

Not under the laws of the state.  There is no chance these phoney convictions stand.  The three crimes the judge listed as crimes to elevate this to a felony are not crimes according to New York Law.

🤣

You actually owned yourself.  It's almost like you're purposely acting like a retard.

Trump is not the one going after his political opponents.  HTH.

If he'd just shot someone, Alvin Bragg likely wouldn't have prosecuted him.

So you thought he was a man of character in 2016, but not 2020? 🤣

So do share that difference.

The judge gave some very basic instructions that a kindergartener could remember.

And you're desperately clinging to this?

https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/30/nyregion/written-jury-instructions-trump-judge.html#:~:text=The answer is simple%3A The,as they have found them.

Quote

The answer is simple: The law doesn’t allow it.

The lengthy instructions, which the judge read to jurors right before they started deliberating, are meant to serve as a road map and to help them apply the relevant law to the facts as they have found them.

The MAGAturd on the jury could have voted innocent without any legal ramifications. It would have hung the jury.

But that juror did not. Don't blame the lack of written instructions or fear of an innocent vote.

You're run out of straws, boyo. Take the L.

You wish rape and death on other people's children, which makes you a huge piece of sh!t.

Gutter has character that you can't even comprehend seeing as you were raised by an abusive father and have spent your life being an azzhole to continue that cycle.

I disagree.

When this case comes up for appeal, and it will, we'll see who was right.

Not quite.  I use it in contexts like this, where folks like you won't admit to wanting to get the Orange Man Bad at all costs, and it justifies your Machiavellian conclusions to rationalize trials like this.

So yes, I'm saying one of us is a sheep.

I'm fine with an appeal.  It's part of the legal process.  If Trump gets off on the appeal...then that's the system working.

Unlike MAGA, I believe in our system even if I don't get my way.

Zero chance this stands up to appeals.

Why not? The Democrats run the appeals process in New York too. Merits/shmerits. The only way they'll reverse it is if they reap heavy political blowback.

FOCK MAGA

You’re an idiot.  A useful, boot-licking idiot.  There was nothing about this trial that respected justice and it’s the most blatant case of election interference in American history.  And it WILL be reversed on appeal, guaranteed.

Will it be Democrat activist judge A, Democrat Activist Judge B, or Democrat Activist Judge C reversing the decision

Imagine Squistion as Judge A, Tim as Judge B, and Gutterboy as Judge C.

Appeals can be made to the federal level and up to the Supremes if need be.   I think the liberties this judge took with the law are so gross that this might even get overturned at the state level by Democratic judges.

What about these jury instructions do you find unfair and unreasonable?

Seems to me the MAGAturd deciding within the parameters of these instructions points to a fair trial, boyo.

Your link missed the part about the secondary crime which made this a felony, which was my point about the instructions.

Just because his 40% is BIGLY MMMAAAADDDD! doesn't mean this is going to help rally any more troops.

If you're interested in advancing the Conservative agenda....you really should punt on the guy and nominate Nikki or DeSantis.  EIther would beat Biden pretty handily.

I already said that I don't blame the jury for reaching the verdict they were chartered to do.  My concern was in the judges behavior and instructions throughout.  Jeebus, is this mic on?  How many times do I need to say this.

You are following the Bragg/Maddow "welp the jury found him guilty and that's 'murca" tripe.

Sheep.

Our systems and institutions have lost accountability.    When the people lose visibility into our institutions and the people running those institution are not held to any accountable standards, they will become corrupted every time.   We have reached that point and then some.

I have been asking for that since day one of this case.  That is where this case completely comes off the rails and falls apart.  This judge and prosecutor completely glossed over that and bamboozled the jury.
