I’m not searching for WNBA clips but she was apparently kicked off a previous team for trying to fight a teammate so I wouldn’t doubt it.   And even if there weren’t, that doesn’t make it “vicious.” There is also a video of Clark giving her an apparent elbow earlier in the game FWIW.

Here is the issue....as I see it....either there is too much complaining about just Clark getting treated the same as every other player....or....Clark is being singled out for rough play, for some reason...

Maybe roughing her up is just how they welcome rookies....well then, there should be plenty of video evidence of this happening to every other rookie.....which there is not...

So then , what are we left with....is it just some players who are agitated that this rookie is getting so much attention, enhancing their league and adding money to their overall benefit? 

What might arise if say.....a league like....hockey.....dominated by white people were to welcome an AA player by roughing them up

I’m guessing the earlier elbow (and this girl likely being a dirty player overall) had something to do with this particular incident.  But maybe, just maybe, the other teams know she is good so being physical with her is an actual strategy to try to get her off her game.  I’m sure that’s what Sean Payton would do if he were an opposing WNBA coach

There is getting physical and then there is outright flagrant attacks based on race.  You certainly can see the difference, no?   This was NOT an example of someone just getting physical.

That would make some sense.

But the assertion remains, if you are being honest about this....Clark is handling this with class....no effort on HER part to play the race game, which you know very well would be happening....and in fact has already happened toward Clark.

I watched the game.  Clark and Chennedy (terrible name) had been getting physical during the game.  The possession right before you can see Clark pushing Chennedy back with her elbow.  I can see how she would be getting upset by that.  The very next possession while waiting to inbound, Chennedy yells  _____ b1tch! and blindsides her.  Absolute BS cheap shot by her.  If you want to retaliate, do it during gameplay and not during a dead ball.  Chennedy has a history of being a huge C U Next Tuesday as well.
