I couldn't find the version I wanted to either. The good stuff is being memory holed.

The liberals have spent 4+ years denying their 2020 riots, trying to replace it with the selfiefest at the capital. Now they just pray it will be washed from the record books of history. They are working on it to this day and will continue to do so til it is gone from record.

I wonder if the woman was homeless. They said she burned up because she was sleeping and wrapped in blankets.

That's a pretty legit reason. The Liberal NY District Attorney locks people up for helping others.

No it’s not.  It could be a reason why someone might be hesitant to go after the murderer.  It’s not a reason to not help someone that was on fire.

I'll bet you 1000 dollars she burned up because someone lit her on fire.

Nope, not taking a chance. That Liberal DA wants to lock anyone up for helping others. They also defend the Violent Liberal Illegal Immigrants who commit these crimes.

Sorry nice lady but you're going to have to burn, the Liberal DA created this. 🔥

Of course it is.  The whole Daniel Penny trainwreck of a  trial just feeds the "don't get involved" mentality that has become prevalent in today's society.

Almost definitely. I read the homeless liked this route because it was out of the way and quiet and nobody messed with them. But that also makes it a target for criminals as well

Have you ever rode the NY Subway System? It's a toilet on tracks, literally. No doubt she was homeless.

Yes, of course, I'm from NJ, originally. I was just trying to figure out how a woman became engulfed in flames from a lighter.

I was responding to the entirety of the quote you pulled and highlighted only the first half, ignoring the second half which was the sum and substance of the quote.  I am done with you and your juvenile games.  Frankly you are not worth any effort, more less the efforts of someone like me.  Enjoy wallowing in ignorance like a pig enjoys its feces.  It is a good look for you and the smell serves as a wonderful warning.

Pre-1953 clothing and blankets.

Enacted in 1953, the Flammable Fabrics Act (FFA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1191-1204, was enacted by Congress to protect individuals from burns, fires, illness, and death as a result of highly flammable clothing.

Is that a promise?

I can only hope, as then I will also be done with your condescending responses ("You are not worth the efforts of someone like me" ).

Helping someone that is on fire is completely different than trying to neutralize a person that is a threat.  I can’t believe people are suggesting a comparison here, but then again this is the GC.

This is where Liberal run Cities have gone. Blame them, not us.

The last hero who helped people on the NY Subway went to trial and is now labeled a racist and a killer for life.

Blame your people for this

I sorta don’t get how this happened. He must’ve doused her in fire starter or something right? But she didn’t wake up? Guess she could’ve been passed out

I don’t know, I haven’t followed it too closely TBH. Just a really sad thing and further evidence of what our country is coming to. Don’t want to get into stupid slap fights over immigration or all the other usual finger pointing bullsh1t

My guess is it would be a reflex if someone woke up in that kind of pain to stand and try to move away from whatever was causing it.  I don't know how true some of the reports are but have read people who said the body's tendons/muscles lock up when in that type of trauma so that's why she was locked in that standing position.

That's what happened. He lit her up, she woke up engulfed in flames, most likely on drugs at the time so had no clue what was happening to her. Odds are she is never identified because no one related to her will know she is dead.

Actually the POS was the one fanning the flames. He needs taken to central park and lit on fire in the same manner.

Liberal NY District Attorney would give you 25 to life for trying to help her.

That dude is useless. His job is to walk around in uniform to fool people into thinking the subway is secure but in reality, he just punches a clock, waits for his shift to end, and collects his paycheck.

Liberals have created this environment by locking up anyone who helps stop these criminals.

It's fact, ask Penny.

Helping a person on fire isn’t the same as stopping a criminal

For now on subway cars will be equipped with Hero fire suppression blankets and fire extinguishers.  What New York will not do is to arrest and prosecute criminals and treat the mentally ill nor provide police protection on their subways.

Helping people who are being threatened by a lunatic and potentially saving lives isn't the same?

Liberal logic 😂

That was unreal..just standing there on fire. You would think a person would be running around or rolling on the ground.

No.

One requires injuring that lunatic, and one doesn’t.

What the hell is anyone going to do anyway. Hug the lady? Say "There, there"?

She was 100% engulfed in flames. Not in a burning building, but she is the flame. Unless you happen to be carrying a fire extinguisher for some reason, it's best to let her die because if somehow after a few minutes they can manage to put that fire out and she lives, she will wake up in a hospital wishing she were dead. 100% body burns, worst hell anyone could have.

In cases of extremely severe burns where survival is highly unlikely, medical professionals will discuss with the patient or their family the option to forgo life-sustaining treatment, essentially choosing comfort care over aggressive measures that may prolong life, allowing the patient to die peacefully; this decision is always made in consultation with the patient's wishes and medical assessment of their condition.
