Like others said, with the right seasoning...and depending on what dish it goes in, a breast is better than a thigh. Now, on a grill or a smoker, a thigh or the whole leg quarter is the way to go 10 out of 10 times. And I prefer the Hot and Fast method to get the skin as crispy as possible. She took raw thigh and threw it in a creamy baked dish. Not good at all. If she had baked them first like I would have done, the dish would have been a lot better.
