The auto pen thing is a big deal. Expect to see the pardons fail to protect the criminals. Why wouldn't you want to see criminals who committed crimes at the highest level brought to justice anyway? Just because Trump wants them prosecuted, you would rather see them go free as an FU to Trump? Come on. Leave your TDS at the door for a few minutes each day. It will probably lengthen your life span.

I had never once heard the phrase “auto pen” in all of my years. I’m familiar with e-signatures, Adobe signatures, notaries etc. but never heard of an auto pen and had to look it up to find out that it’s a machine that reproduces signatures. 

Apparently everyone here already knew what an AP is and whether it’s legal to sign with one. Bunch of armchair legal scholars. ‍

So an autopen might have been used on the pardons, whoop-dee-do…. When doing that many, use the tool that is available for use….
