easilyscan 857 Posted April 13 Fidelity MSCI Utilities Index ETF (FUTY) If the shite ever really hits the fan, & the government can't just print money & distribute it to people, those people would make adjustments. As hard as it would be for some of them, they'd give up that cell phone, broadband, Wi-Fi, cable/streaming services, etc. & say I want to be warm in the winter, cool in the summer, & have lights @ night. Horseman 2,353 Posted April 13 2 hours ago, TimHauck said: What kind of business can you start with $10k? Dude is 100% full blown retard. Quote Walt and his brother Roy moved in with their uncle and set up what is now known as ‘The First Disney Studio’ in the one-car garage out back. There, they created the original Alice Comedies, which was part of the original Alice’s Wonderland. Fast forward to today and Disney is the highest grossing media company in the world. In the garage of young college drop out Bill Gates, the multinational technology corporation Microsoft was born. With limited resources and space, Microsoft honed in on the software market and licensed their first programming software for a mere $80,000. Apple’s founders, Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne developed the first Apple computer in 1976 in the garage of 21-year-old Steve Jobs’ parent’s house. The most obvious answers, but, we're literally in the age of build an app and become rich. It doesn't cost anything to be a social media influencer.

Do you know how many people would rather pay $4 for a 3-inch tomato plant when a seed is just a few pennies? Does that give your tiny brain any ideas? Buying and selling baseball cards. Or selling literally ANYTHING. Get a foking trailer and a mower, bam! lawn care service company. I guess Tim FokHead never had a lemonade stand or seen a bake sale or been to a farmers market. No art or creative ideas to sell for that retard.
Horseman 2,353 Posted April 13 Tangent to the retard's comment: Even if you have a regular 9 to 5 working for the man it's a good idea to start up a small business on the side. You get tons of tax breaks and can write off your vehicle, phone, internet, and even part of your house. Business trips and meals = write off that vacation. None of these are really “small side jobs,” they’d require a lot of time to actually be successful, unless you’re suggesting people quit their job and open a farm stand. If someone gave me $10K, I’d probably put it towards a new deck for our house that we’ve been wanting to do. Then could get some enjoyment out of it but also add value to the house. I used to buy/sell inventory with that kind of bankroll, even a little less, when I was getting started with mine. Showed proof of concept, then lined up credit to finance inventory.
