I can’t tell whether the Ice agent gets clipped or narrowly avoids it. I doubt that has much bearing on whether he was justified in shooting. Law enforcement gets the overwhelming benefit of the doubt in these cases. I am assuming he won’t face any charges. Which makes it even weirder that this admin felt the need to comment in such a reckless and inflammatory way.

Imagine this was your wife or daughter and she didn’t get shot (we are pretending here)… What would you say to her for being involved in trying to prevent federal agents from doing their jobs? Then finding out she was the ringleader for stopping them with her car? Then learning she endangered their’s and her life by hitting, or nearly hitting the officers exactly in this situation but was able to drive away safely?
