RLLD 3,539 Posted June 5, 2006 I have an old farm truck, 1991 GMC Sierra. I only use it for hauling, and nothing else so I dont drive it that much. It's the 2500 Super Duty package with the 6 liter engine....sucks too much gas.... and I dont need to pay the extra gas to feel like a big man...

cgod 0 Posted June 5, 2006 You can set my truck on fire, and roll it down a hill, And I still wouldn’t trade it for a coupe De-Ville. I got an 8-foot bed that never has to be made, You know if weren’t for trucks we wouldn’t have tailgates. I met all my wives in traffic jams There’s just something women like about a pick up man

GobbleDog 822 Posted June 5, 2006 I've been looking to buy an old POS Nissan pickup or something like that... if I can find one for $1,000 I can justify it (gas wise) in under a year. So far, I ain't found one.
Thin Spirit 0 Posted June 5, 2006 '03 Dodge Dakota Sport I'll never go back to driving a car.
bammbamm 0 Posted June 5, 2006 i used to own a 79 F150 with 35 X 14.50 X 15" tires. think would pass anything other than a gas station. i am thinking about purchasing another pickup but with gas prices and having SUVs as my other 2 vehicles it isnt cost effective. i am thinking about buying a car and a utility trailer to pull behind the missus SUV if I need to haul something. crocodilecj 0 Posted June 5, 2006 I had a Toyota SR-5 (now called the Tacoma, I believe) for 10.5 years before it was fockin' stolen. Great rig. Of course, you get lots of "Can you help me move?" phone calls which get old, but the truck was nice to have. Dang I miss that truck. I don't have a truck now, but maybe in the future when I can afford one.

Super Cubs 133 Posted June 5, 2006 95 chevy 3/4 ton with 200,000+ miles it gets 12 miles per gallon. I can't afford to be with out a truck so I bought a used Honda Accord at the beginning of the year. Making the payments with what I'm saving on gas.

CantTouchThis 23 Posted June 6, 2006 Just bought my first pickup truck, my first real car, and i will NEVER go back. Pickups are so awesome, i love it, easily the best car i have ever driven. It's a 94' GMC Sierra, very powerful and easy to drive, 15mpg city, around 18-20 freeway, so, not HORRIBLE on gas, not good either. I don't care, 20 extra bucks a month for me since i don't drive very far.
