Historic day. Excellent job by the Seals Team executing a highly coordinated mission ordered by President Obama. Despite this seemingly being a "no-brainer" of a decision, it still is very "Presidential" and likely (considering the current floundering state of the Republican party)will be the impetus of a successful re-election campaign.

 

I am not/have not been a fan of Obama and his presidency, however I am slowly resigning myself to the fact that, unless somebody gets their act in gear pretty quickly, we are looking at Obama being re-elected.

The fact that it was in Pakistan makes it perhaps a little less of a no-brainer, but taking out bin laden regardless of where he was still remains that way. I dont feel that inserting ~20 people into a compound for the specific mission of taking out an individual that is in hiding in a country (not the leader of the country in question) is "invading" as you put it.
