No they're not. Maybe Flacco as I doubt you're ever starting him ahead of Eli. Maybe just pick someone up during the Giants' bye. Moore should be rostered, no question. Moore should be rostered, no question. Flacco is pretty useless in a 10 team league, you'll always find at least a similar or better option on waivers. Isn't Gates injured though? He should probably worry about getting another TE before he gets a 6th RB, one who probably won't be any good and definitely shouldn't be starting over his other RBs anyway. Top WW QBs available in my 10 team league: Palmer, Locker, Ponder, Fitzpatrick, Cassel, Alex Smith, Sanchez, Kolb, Gabbert, Bradford. As a backup and potential spot starter, I think I'd take Flacco over all of those guys. However, in this situation I'd say he could be dropped, because the guy also has Eli. When Eli is on a bye in Week 11 (presumably the only time he'd start Flacco), the Ravens are playing in Pittsburgh. Not exactly the ideal bye week matchup. For that week, I'd much rather have Palmer (playing a porous Saints defense) or Fitzpatrick (playing Miami). I also think Moore is expendable. I don't see why you'd ever start Moore over Harvin/Marshall/Brown, barring injury. And if the need did arise, the WW in a 10 team is pretty deep at WR - guys like Lance Moore, Holmes, LaFell, Burleson, Crabtree, James Jones, etc are all available in my own 10 teamer. When you're limited to 15 spots, and pretty well off at WR, I'm fine with only carrying 4, and finding room to hoard extra RBs, doubling up at TE, platooning defenses, etc. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I think that's the only year I've never even bothered to scour the FA wire, except maybe to stream defenses. He really just played his first full game and had his first full week of practice in a long time and had 5 catches and a score. Now, especially with DHB out, he is the clear-cut #1 WR on that team. We must maintain a roster of: QB - 2 RB - 3 WR/TE - 4 K - 2 D - 2 Flex - 1 (not a start position, but an extra slot) It's actually a pretty good system when you account for the fact that any time one makes a WW move or rental, you have to pay $5.00 into the playoff pool. (we redraft when the real playoffs start) Therefore, there are always quality players out there to feed the fund. Like anyone here gives a rats ass, but my so far lucky ass team is: Ryan, Fitz Foster, Murray, Tate, Morris(flex spot) Cruz, Smith (Car), Wallace, Decker Tucker, Prater Chicago, Denver Yea, I know...10 teamers are for gimps and wimps Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

The way I look at it, I have Cruz, Jennings, Austin and currently Jerome Simpson as my #4 WR ... with Pitta as my TE. I don't need Boldin. He's old. I can't trade him for a shiat sandwich. Christain Ponder on the other hand, should have a big game against Detroit this week, and all of a sudden ... I created some value that I can trade for. There's no such thing as "no room". Also, as others said, the O.P. can drop Moore, or Flacco, and move to Pittsburgh, It's a salary-capped Dynasty league and those young guys could be GOLD down the line. Not dropping them especially when I'm stacked and not much room under the cap. R Williams costs $55, so I couldn't even afford him if I wanted to. Someone is already focked so bad at QB that they are trading quality RB depth for him? Your team is good for a 12 teamer but I think my 10 teamer is better. My TE is better, Julio and Percy haven't hit their strides yet, and I have R. Bush and Sproles in a ppr league for my RB2. Or yours is better. I don't think the dude has much talent. He is a starting RB which should be rostered in all leagues, but I am trying to trade him while his value is at it's peak.
