For full disclosure, I'm on my second beverage. Anyway, it makes no sense for two reasons. One is your statement about it being a money grab; from the article they are asking for a minimum of $50K, which isn't breaking any banks, and the sperm bank made an egregious error. Second, at the end of the post I quoted you said "F*****d up on part of the sperm bank," which while true, completely contradicts your assertion that it is a money grab.

Oh this is an easy case to decide. The fact is that when a woman goes to a clinic to help her have a child they are VERY specific about what the options are. Its not like some woman walks in and the last dude there making a deposit is the one she is matched up with. The woman chooses a specific set of qualifications that the doner has to meet including race, education level and even eye color. If this woman wanted a baby that looked like her and they gave her a baby that was from a different race she seems to have a case.

If she asked to have a baby of the same race as her and they gave her the sperm of a black donor then the baby is not white. It is mixed.
