What are your New Years Eve plans?

First the part that makes me sound the coolest:

My firm plan is to meet some friends downtown around 7pm. But beyond that I have a hot FBuddy type that wants me to come over to a party at her house. I asked her if there would be other cute girls that for me to make out with or if I was stuck with her. She said i can have either.......and then there is another girl that I've never actually been with yet, but I just told her she needs to end up where I'm at later so we can make out at midnight. I'm the coolest.

 

Now the part that reveals my uncoolness:

I am afraid of the DWI, and I am about 97% sure I have low T now. And most importantly, I have a 10am tee time. So when these factors are all put together, the odds of me finding that boozy sweet spot that makes me care enough about sex to do anything more than have 3-4 drinks and come home by 9pm are not good. I'm the uncoolest.

So....you probably have a shot with the girl (can size???) but you think you have low T so you might not be able to get it up?

Anyone been to Times Square during New Year's Eve? I've wanted to go once for the experience. I know people get there first thing in the morning to get a good spot. Just wondering if it really is a pretty fun, cool experience

I hear some are complaining that Uber may hike prices up 3x 2nite. Some rides may cost upwards of $150.

To that I say - that's about $9850 cheaper than a focking DWI!

using Uber/cab rides tonight, up to $35.

If you email your receipt to them, they will pay your bill.

This is a great PR move by them and a good gesture.

Normally we're the home body types. But found a concert that sounded like we'd both enjoy it tonight, at a pretty intimate venue, so bought tix. Doesn't start til nine and is billed as a New Years Eve Party so concert will go past midnight to ring in the new year. We were going to take Lyft, and sounds like might have gotten gouged if we did, so good that a friend is visiting who volunteered to drive us there and pick us up afterwards. Should be a good night .

Fock it man. Take the risk. Never turn down ass. Just don't think about it and get caught up in the moment. A lot of times (not all but a good deal of it) ED is mental. So the best thing you can do is not think about it and get caught up in the moment with the girl. BJ should help out as well

Just got back from Dim Sum with about 15 friends, that's the extent of our going out plans. May drop my daughter off back at ASU for a party she is attending; we are paying for her Uber as needed tonight (don't care what it costs). Younger daughter has some get together with friends. I'll probably give my wife my throbbing pencil of love at some point.

I want to go just for the experience and to say that I've been. Not something I would be doing year after year even if I lived there. I know idiots come out and would be all over the place. That and the Macy's Day parade are two things I want to experience. I've already been there and went to Statue of Liberty, twin towers (pre 9/11), Empire State Building, etc.

My sister loves the Macy's day parade and they went a couple years ago. They didn't go down on the street though. They got a hotel that had a balcony overlooking the street so they could see the parade without having to deal with the crowds. They had my niece and nephew with them so it made sense to not have to worry about fighting the crowds with them. But yea it's definitely on my list

My NYE was lame. I don't know when I'll learn that going out on NYE sucks.

 

First, the roommate had a date, and asked me and my girl to double. This mostly involved dinner, then walking around the park in the focking cold and pollution.

 

By this point, I just wanted to go home. So we did. He escorts his chick home, we go to bed.

 

Around 1:30 am, he is banging on the front door. Apparently some little drunk chink jumped him in our building. He ran the first time. Then, the elevator door opened, and the guy was standing there. He slugs the guy, and they tussle a while. He gets the guy down, and runs off again to the guards.

 

He then realizes he dropped his keys in the melee, and can't get back in. So now the guards are searching for the clown. He wants me to go with him to lock his ebike up, since some idiot now has the keys and remote.

 

The next day, we see some clown in the hallway. Tiny motherfocker with a small child with him. Has a black eye. He stops my roommate, and hands him his keys. My Chinese ain't to good, but clearly he is apologizing and saying he was really drunk.

 

I tell my roommate "you wanna fock him up?" He clearly understands me, as he shrinks back.

 

Roommate says no, so I just get up in his grill (about a foot and a half above it actually, he was like five feet tall) and glower a bit.

 

Focking ridiculous. Asians are weird. That guy deserved more of an ass whooping than he got. Of course being foreign, we'd have to deal with the chinky police and immigration, so my roommate was probably smart to let it go.

I'm 100% in the category of not giving a fock enough to go through the effort. The only reason I hesitate to see a doc is the Costanza effect. I am working a ton and making things happen. Girls keep me awake late, cause me to drink more, cost me money, and distract me during the day. So it's almost like i am attempting to ride out the upside of Low T for a bit until I get some things squared away.
