I think he just wants to look like a tough guy. Which is dumb, and could be catastrophic if he goads NoKo's own deranged head of state into doing something stupid. We need an adult at the helm, now. It doesn't matter who our President is, they always go with the common theme of the United States ending regimes they don't approve of as long as they're still small enough they think we can defeat them.
