Easiest path to the championship. Eagles or Pats?

Recommended Posts

Eh. The eagles left 2 tds on the field, and decided to leave their o-line at home. Meanwhile seattle is playing like their lives depend on it. This is a much different seahawks team that played the falcons.

Philly could still pull it out, but its clear that Seattle is still tough as sh!t at home and the Iggs have been beating up the on the league cream puffs.

Go Cowboys. sorta

Very frustrating. Seattle has a rough DL and Wilson has been awesome.

Yeah. Even when he scrambles and throws it away, its a big play. The Philly D gets to most QBs in those situations.

Pederson focked up by not challenging the pitch.

He did, I was really shocked. Eagles OL cant defend Wentz either.

Especially after that terrible challenge on the spot in the 1st half. Maybe he didn't understand the significance. :dunno:

Yeah. What happened to the O Line tonight? I thought they were solid?

Well, the NFC playoff race should provide plenty of drama down the stretch.

Saints, Vikes, Eagles, Rams

Panthers, Falcons, Seahawks

Packers, Cowboys

And as expected, there are basically no challengers in the AFC.

I talk on a titans forum a lot. Youve never seen a group of fans with an 8-4 first place team so unhappy.

There are a few sunshine sellers. But for the most part, everyone figures best case scenario is we hold on to the division crown and the 3 seed, beat a bad team in the wildcard at home (likely Baltimore or Jax, both of whom weve already beat) and then get donkey raped by either the Steelers or the pats in the divisional round.

It sucks to have no optimism, but its a hard sell otherwise.

Eagles were robbed on that one - the receiver caught the ball a full yard after the marker. It was arguably a dumb challenge but the refs got it wrong twice.

They fell behind and were having trouble sustaining drives in the running game. Peters replacement at LT Vaitai seemed to get abused.

Eagles have now found themselves in a dogfight for the bye. Should be a great final 4 weeks.

Just did the playoff machine and got

1. Rams

2. Saints

3. Vikings

4. Eagles

5. Green Bay

6. Seattle

Eagles would face Rodgers in the 1st round. Congrats.

Think if Gronk gets suspended the Dolphins have a chance next week? Would really set up the following week against the Steelers if the Fins win . Even though the Pats own the Steelers.

Gronk could use a week off.

I didn't watch any of the game yesterday, I heard it was the most boring game in the NFL this year.

Yeah. It wasn't a great slate of games yesterday. Falcons/Vikings and Saints/Panthers was about it. Vikings look for real, as do the Aints. Aints have the best offense in football.

Kamara is a freak.

Maybe one of these weeks a team will try to cover him? :dunno:

I got some serious xmas shopping done yesterday.

In all honesty, I didn't see the Igs/Hawks game......... What happened, did Seattle just take it to them - expose anything?

exposed a very vulnerable and weak OL and secondary.

The Patriots would seem to have an easier run this year than the Eagles. Atlanta (look like they are turning it around), LA Rams, Vikings and New Orleans could all challenge. The Patriots are challenged by Pittsburgh (Chargers are a dark horse IMO) and they seem to have the Steeler's number (or more accurately-the Steelers dont have a clue how to defend Brady).

Not a Chargers fan but glad to see they finally got mentioned.Started out 0-4 and now sitting at 6-6,that defense is for real and they gave the Pats a good game earlier in the season albeit a loss they held them to 21 points(lowest of the season)in their own house.I pity the team that has to go Foxboro in the Play-Offs(as a KC fan I know all too well) but if the Chargers can keep this up that'd be a rematch I'd like to see.

Packers wont make it. I wont say Rodgers cant do it. But i just dont aee them beating the Vikings at Minnesota in week 16. Packers just dont have the team to do it this year.

Such a silly question,

The Patriots are the class of the league, no matter the opposition, they have the easiest route.

Russ continued to show that he is right up there with Rodgers, right below Brady. Dude is just a boss. Whenever a QB scrambles I wince, but when Russ is chased I just feel like it will be alright. He throws one of he best deep balls too. Plus he is doing it all with no run game, bad oline and worse defense than in years past.
