Tell her the train idea sounds good.

Does she have enough on her metro card to get to the platform? She asked ed for $15, even the massage envy chicks aren't that desperate to tug off titans

15 bucks is going to fix that wreck?

I am guessing for food? She's a waitress, I think maybe she doesn't work for a couple days. No idea, haven't talked to her.

Where we live, getting to the platform is free. It's commuter rail, not subway.

Just kidding, give her $15, reading that text alone is easily worth $15.

I'll give over a $100 if she has diabetes and likes to walk..

She needs a lot more help than whatever $15 will buy. Are you going to help her?

I'd give her $15, Sure.

Fock, I gave rholio like $130 and there is no chance of a beej.

I always love the desperate, hopeless people that throw themselves in front of trains... the poor b@stard driving the train gets PTSD and can't ever go back to work... the lady and her kid in the window seat are in therapy for years... traffic gets focked up for hours and some guy missed the interview for his dream job (next week, he's in front of a train).

I guess it's just way easier to fock everything up for everyone else han it is to just make things right for yourself.

Great point.

I've been on 2 trains from Boston that had people jump in front of trains (both times in Lynn, both died)

What a nightmare for the passengers too

how do you help her?

Id start by calling the suicide hotline for some advice/support.

If shes truly suicidal, she may need to stay hospitalized.

Serious advice though, the $15 is not the issue here, if true, it's her wanting to commit suicide. I don't know how well you know her but that's a lot to take on and I doubt it ends with you handing over 15 dollars.

That said, I'd give her the money.

the night before thanksgiving her and I text for a few hours, she's going through a tough time. the place she worked closed for the summer, she can't afford a place to live and doesn't want to live with her mother. she wasn't suicidal, just depressed and sad.

I think she needed the $ last night for something to eat. She already answered me and said she's okay, but she hurt her hand in a fit of rage.
