Covered ad nauseum before. Go research how the New York dept of FBI held Weiner's laptop for WEEKS without letting Comey know about it. They HAD to reopen it then immediately shut it back down. "Nothing changed" was their story yet we know there was massive evidence of Huma lying to FBI, and classified info was in peril.
