Budwiser losing customers

Recommended Posts

One thing I noticed when I was in Ireland last month is that every single person who was wearing a Brazil jersey (world cup was on) ordered Budweiser. I couldn't understand it at all.

I love that there still a Czech Brewery called Budweiser. Bud tried repeatedly to go in there with all their High Price Lawyers and the checks just laughed at them. Maybe had something to do with the fact that they've been around for centuries.😂

Goose 312 is a nice option when better arent available.

Also...fock IPAs

Their regular IPA is a decent standard IPA.... New hotness in my parts are the micro brew New England IPAs... Treehouse, Trillium are the two best IMO

Do they make 750ml bottles for beer? Ive seen 22oz, which is 650ml. At 12 bucks, even thats expensive. I cant imagine $27.

I believe at the breweries thats what it is. I always get a bottle of beer to take home with me as a souvenir and have a collection going. Last one I went to in Jacksonville had it where they could do a big can. So I had them can me one instead of having a bottle.

I'd say Bud had no choice but to start buying local breweries as they sure as hell couldn't make their own

I'm not blown away by a $27 bottle. I have paid much more before. I was just curious what it was. A lot of the craft beer bars here charge about $8-12 for a 8-10 oz pour of certain things

Bruery sours are very good and about $10 less

Find some treehouse. Its better. Although good luck getting it, have to go to their brewery in the middle of the state and wait in ridiculous lines to get a ration

I have had all the treehouse. I enjoy green but I dont think they are nearly as good as the trillium IPA's. Their dialed in series is unbelievable

I think Equilibrium and Other Half are both as good if not better than treehouse also

I had a Bud Freedom Reserve Red Lager this week. It was awful.

Why do you hate America?

Bud, coors, and Miller all taste like piss now compared to a lot of other beers that have come out. That, along with more home brews, and craft breweries popping up is making them lose money.

Have to agree to this. I used to drink Miller Genuine Draft, High LIfe and Bud until I went to a beer tasting get together and tried numerous foreign and american craft beers. Never again will I drink that stuff - it tastes like water now. I'm into Sam Adams and other, heavier and darker beers. I try to buy something new every time I go out.

Maybe so but just a couple of years ago they were the 2nd and 3rd best selling beers in the world. #1 was some brand from Chiner called Snow.

Snow is piss. Its just the cheapest chink beer. Open a natty light. Pour six ounces of water in. Now you have snow.

:D Sounds delicious.

Is there enough alcohol in it to make their faces turn red?

No. The beer is limited to something like 2.5%

They get hammered on baiju, rice moonshine. Beer is just for playing drinking games in between.

Saw some stats, it’s staggering. This beer is BY FAR the highest selling beer in the world yet is only sold in China.
