Kavanaugh sexual misconduct in High School

Recommended Posts

Am investigation will help clear the air of suspicion around him.

No it wont. There is no reasonable suspicion. It will just give more time for slander and production of new falsehoods.

I suspect you may have a few ounces of heroin in your body cavities. Surely you would welcome a full body cavity search?

Alrighty, unfortunately, I just caught video and audio of the crazy bitches that trapped flake in the elevator.

I got to tell women they're not really helping their cause by bursting into tears and screeching as a means of making their case.

either you're strong and mature and competent and every bit as good as men gosh darn it!

or you're emotional feebs who are total fuucking basket cases of can't make their point without bursting into hysterics.

Pick one. We'll work with it. But only one.

I don't think there's an expectation that if you're impassioned about a perceived injustice, especially one with trauma involved, and you're a little person trying to get the attention of someone with power, that you need to be stoic and even keel.

Not sure why for that kind of an activist context, it has to be one or the other.

It annoys me. I have a friend who annoys me on this note. But she knows she sounds the way she does, and it's part of her point. She's passionate, she's burdened, etc.

Its because Americans have become utterly driven by agenda.

If you dont believe CBF, then you dont think rape is an important issue! Youre a misogynist! #believewomen #me too

No. I just happen to see zero credible evidence that any crime whatsoever occurred. Zero. This, he is not guilty. In court, in public opinion, or in my mind.

I have come across very few women that are even slightly rational with this story.

To wit:

IF YOU VOTE FOR KAVANAUGH THEN YOU'RE TELLING EVERY SINGLE WOMAN IN AMERICA THAT HER LIFE DOESN'T MATTER! THAT HER RAPE DOESN'T MATTER! 😭😭😭😭

Pretty much the actual words screamed at flake as he was trapped in an elevator.

Hysterical much?

They sounded like actresses. The video is hard to watch without laughing at the absurdity of it all. A bunch of angry (and uninformed or just plain stupid) women trap a guy in an elevator and start harassing him over uncorroborated allegations of grinding 30 years ago.

Based on the comments I do not think this is going to turn out the way the Dems hoped.

$10 says the angry latina was paid to be there.

Even better is the reaction of the two girls in the elevator with Flake, they don't want to hear this bullshit.

I'm actually out of touch with what the women around me are thinking about this. Busy and somehow have avoided knowing women's thoughts. Lots of back and forth with male liberal friend though.

Two liberal leaning ladies who I really respect at work (truly unselfish women with lots of integrity)...I got a little bit concerned on their take, and figured I probably don't want to know. I think one of them was saying yesterday (this was before the hearing) that he could end up out of a job period...and I was afraid it might have been like a "hopefully he will be" thing. I swear they are generally pretty fair minded.

From some Twitter exploring, there are definitely women on the right who are rational about it.

Allie Beth Stuckey to Michael Avenatti on Twitter captured what I've been starting to feel about him:

If your accusations have done anything it’s making this whole thing seem like the grimy smear campaign it is. Your association has that affect. You’re sketchy. Your work is sketchy. These claims are beyond sketchy. You’re a slime ball & no one likes you.

Some context - a lovely pre-hearing tweet from Avenatti:

Brett Kavanaugh must also be asked about this entry in his yearbook: "FFFFFFFourth of July." We believe that this stands for: Find them, French them, Feel them, Finger them, F*ck them, Forget them. As well as the term "Devil's Triangle." Perhaps Sen. Grassley can ask him. #Basta

Of course she never told anyone about her assault until just then. This is a joke, akin to the racial hucksters. Flake is a weakling.

You know, I've seen the term doxing a few times before. It kind of reminds me of catfishing and woke.

These are all terms that I guess I should make an effort to understand.

But I seriously and genuinely don't give a shiit. Those three words are among many that just won't make it into my lexicon before I die.

I can live with that.

Doxing is actually one I don't mind at all. It sounds like what it is (unless I've just been assuming this...) getting as many documents so-to-speak on someone that can possibly be gathered, personal contact info in particular, and putting it together and disseminating it so people can have at it.

*should clarify I usually mind the actual purpose of most doxing. Term wise it works though.

Well, that did not take long.

The angry latina who cornered Jeff Flake in the elevator and screamed at him about sexual assault (which was all conveniently caught on camera by CNN) is the co-executive director for Center for Popular Democracy.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Center_for_Popular_Democracy

he Center for Popular Democracy (CPD) is a left-leaning nonprofit advocacy group in the United States.[3][4][5] CPD is a federation of groups that includes some of the old chapters of ACORN.[6] The group's stated goal is to "envision and win an innovative pro-worker, pro-immigrant, racial and economic justice agenda."[7] The organization is allied with teachers’ unions and has published studies criticizing charter schools.[8][9]

CPD has received funding from the Bauman Foundation, the Ford Foundation and the Democracy Alliance.

Funded by Democracy Alliance.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democracy_Alliance

Members of the Democracy Alliance include billionaires George Soros and Tom Steyer.

I pity anyone stupid enough to think any of this is organic. It is Nazi level propaganda.

And go after them at their home with their children. Nice.

Yesterday someone doxxed the home phone numbers and home addresses of 3 Republican Senators.

It has been traced back to the office of Maxine Waters. Isn't she the one who was calling for violence against Republicans just a few months ago?

Where is the outrage from the left about whoever leaked this nutjobs name to the press? She wanted confidentiality and someone gave her up, and it wasn't a republican.

If Waters' office is doxxing, thats gotta be malice

If Waters' office is doxxing, we have to let people know what doxxing means before we can expect them to see it as a malice.

I mean, I'm over here, I already don't like Maxine Waters, I'm ready to get angry at her, the problem I'm having is that I don't fully grasp why I should get angry at her this time.

Edit: I am now up to date on what doxing means by finishing reading the thread.

You haven't been 'innocent' since the Carter Administration.

She demands a $15 minimum wage. :nono:

(Granted, if she's an illegal, she may work under the table with no benefits for $10)

You argue like a biatch. You know you purposely went to my original statement to throw the word gang and serial into your assertion.

And BTW, Ford said he tried to rape her and she thought he would unintentionally KILL HER.

Not my fault you overstated things initially. And accusing him of sexual assault, with the fear of being raped, is very different than calling him a rapist.

Almost all pregnancies from consensual sex in these modern times can easily be avoided. Why is abortion such a big deal still? Be responsible and you won't have to worry about it. It's not 1950 anymore. Birth control is easily obtained.

Any intrepid reporter get any info on the gang rapes that have been reported? There were so many of them, shouid be easy to get some info. It's not like people forget about participating in something like that.

Now that that woman told Flake she was sexually assaulted I can assume she will be filing a police report?

Ive never been accused of sexual harassment or sexual misconduct but I have been falsely accused of racism, sexism and being anti-gay when I was in the corporate world. Claiming discrimination of some type was often the last ditch effort of an underperforming employee to hold onto their job.

Things Ive done that my sons should not:

Flirt with or tell jokes to women they work with.

Be present at any social setting where women co workers are present, especially if alcohol is involved, and double especially if youre out of town.

Date co workers

Bang co workers

Marry co workers

Tell girls the stuff you want to do them or touch them without consent.

Whip junk out during a heavy make out session

Go streaking

Go skinny dipping

Drink, take drugs or play drinking games with girls

I don't think any of those behaviors, except taking drugs, is a big deal. :dunno:

But if a woman said any of it wasn't consensual you would believe her first.

On a side note, I was actually in Ocean City, MD and Rehoboth Beach during Kavanaghs Beach week in 1982.

I graduated HS in 82 and my friends and I went there for 10 days. We didnt call it Beach week like others are reporting in the press, but it was definitely a week long party.

We drank a lot, banged chicks, tried to bang more chicks, swam naked, walked the boardwalk, got in fights, ate crabs and got crabs.

Back then, the drinking age was 18 for beer and wine. It was short lived, as it changed later that year.

Ever play Devil's Triangle? Anyone?

One more or ten more, if you're innocent nothing to fear.

yes but I dont think she's innocent

The FBI needs to investigate her thoroughly.

Hopefully this can be done at some point after he is confirmed.

You damn well know if Kav was black she would be singing a completely different tune. Something along the lines of they only want to investigate him because hes black.

I'm just saying, I hope the FBI does their job and investigates the accuser thoroughly.

Comb through everything on her, and get to the bottom of this nonsensical crime against our country.

If Kav was black she would've told everyone at the house what happened. She would've told her father, her family, the country club, she would've cried to all her friends and she would be believed without question. Kav would have been jailed and the story plastered everywhere so good white people remember to fear blacks even if they belong to your country club.
