Kavanaugh sexual misconduct in High School

Recommended Posts

Oh no! Does this mean I won't gain membership to your merry band of dimwits? :(

Hate to break the news to you, but "dimwits" are the ones who believe that someone is guilty until proven innocent. Not only are you a member, you're the President of that exclusive club.

Well, obviously Kavanuagh shouldnt say that, but Ive got no problem with anyone thinking thats how she came off.

I was just making a point of what you sound like.

You would make a terrible juror. This is the kind of reaction that puts innocent people in jail for crimes they didn't commit. "I think so.. I don't like the way he looks... I like the way she looks... I just don't have a good feeling...Did you see his face..."

Do you ever look at facts or is someone's life simply based on your emotional perception of them?

I dont have an opinion on whether hes guilty or not. I dont believe either one was 100% truthful in their testimony.

I dont really have an opinion on his guilt or innocence either, since my opinion, or anyone elses, is focking irrelevant.

Proof. Do you have it or not? No? Then bye.

:wall: No where have I ever stated I think he’s guilty. At least not of sexual assault. Not one time, but here you are spewing this crap again.

I was just making a comment about his facial expressions and why people might be making fun of them. But in your head I’ve tried and convicted him.

I do think he lied under oath, though.

Based on what? Actual evidence or your Deanna Troi methodology?

You said you think he is guilty of lying under oath. Based on what facts? How he looks? That's a serious criminal accusation. That's a felony dude.

Somehow, I know I’m going to regret this. I shouldn’t even bother based on your replies, but in case you missed it:

Some woman came forward and said she had contact with Brett and Brett’s guy about the second accuser before he claimed he did. That would be proof he lied.

There’s also the yearbook stuff. Not as easily proven, but Renate from ‘Renate Alumni’ said she was shocked about those entries and said they were distasteful and untrue. So, it would seem that his explanation that it was a term of endearment is bullshit. Also, someone from the Republican camp edited the wiki page for Devi’s triangle to reflect his testimony.

And as I type this, it’s breaking that his college roommate has come forward and claims Kavanuagh lied about his drinking....

Ok. "Some woman came forward and said..." something....

Another woman came forward and said, "he raped me". He didn't come forward before he was accused of the rape. What's the difference? Does that make him guilty?

And as for the "yearbook stuff is not easily proven", then prove it. Easy peasy.

And it's "breaking news" that someone else is coming out of the woodwork to claim something bad about him? OMG. That is so surprising and must be believable. The left would never do that. Help yourself get better. Stop watching MSN and CNN.

All of a sudden all these folks are just flooding the investigation of their own accord from something that did or didn't happen 35 years ago.

And now, even if the "defendant" mixes up his story, he is a liar and he is a felon, but his self proclaimed memory expert accuser can't remember shlt.

You are brainwashed. You obviously don't know the tactics of the left. You just believe what they tell you.

And you have zero ability to comprehend English. And you don't read.

To your point, a blackout is:

An alcohol-induced blackout is the classic example; the subject is temporarily unable to form new long-term memories while relatively maintaining other skills such as talking or even driving.

Noone can see this. So when that roommate or whoever came forward and said he SAW this, he was lying. Unless he thought a blackout was falling asleep. In that case, he is simply ignorant of what a blackout is.

I realize I missed a day

I'm too wrecked to care anyway

I look around and see this face

What the hell have I lost my taste

Don't want to find out

Just want to cut out

My head explodes, my ears ring

I can't remember just where I've been

The last thing that I recall

I got lost in a deep black hole

Don't want to find out

Just want to cut out

I grab my things and make my run

On the way out, another one

Would like to know before I stop

Did I make it or did I flop

Don't want to find out

Just want to get out

Don't want to find out

Just want to get out

Blackout, I really had a blackout

Plus he's a no good rat. The kind of guy that reports people on a message board. Or tried to look up someone's IP address.

Uh oh. A discovered video had the following:

"I was a thug, a mischievous kid"

"I got into fights"

"I drank and did consume substances that weren't always legal"

"I might have drank a six pack before going back to class"

Well, thats pretty damning. This guy probabaly shouldn't be a judge, or even practice law.

I think it's the wrong question to ask who you believe.

Ask men something like do you believe this is something that should withhold him from confirmation?

That's where I think you'd see some really interesting results.

End of the day, even if you believe her out right, what? It's a brief dry hump? At a high school party?

Well for Petes sake, let's bring back crucifixion.

At least that's what I keep coming back to. If you're such an emotional feeb and another nitwit the 35 years later you are this horrific Lee tragically scarred for life over an unsuccessful dry hump in high school?

Let me introduce you to the truck full of women who are blown up by a flaming IED in Iraq 13 years ago, whose face is literally melted off. Who have gotten over it and moved on.

I've never been so mad at the Press. They sure as hell don't speak for me. And honestly? I don't think they speak for the majority of smart capable confident mature women either.

I always feel a little dirty liking posts from wiff. He has brought the heat in this thread though.

I actually think this whole thing stinks to high heaven.

I don’t like the games either side has been playing. But here’s what common sense dictates, to me:

1. I don’t like Republicans holding back info.

2. The timing of this is suspect. I can admit, it’s an obvious stall tactic. (from the Democrat’s side)

3. The holes in her memory don’t play well.

4. He didn’t come off truthful, either. It’s fairly obvious about the yearbook entries. And someone has come forward to refute his testimony on knowing about the 2nd accuser earlier than he stated.

5. Someone edited the official Devil’s triangle wikipedia page immediately after his testimony to reflect his statements. The i.p. address was traced to the Republican’s side.

6. If it’s found out that Ford fabricated this story, she and everyone involved should be prosecuted to the fullest extent to the law.

7. If it’s found that Kavanaugh committed perjury, no matter how small, he should be disqualified.

The left threw out a fake rape accusation. It was shredded the minute that crazy opened her mouth.

Then they tried to turn it into a perjury trap over focking yearbook jokes.

Personally, I dgaf if he lied about boof or devil's triangle or if he ever blacked out.

That is fruit from the poison tree the way I see it. Irrelevant.

If any man is falsely accused of gang rape and his family is threatened he can say whatever he wants however he wants.

Yeah. His point is very valid.

We have to start pushing back against the subjectivists.

My feelings matter!

No, sweetheart, they really focking dont.

The same goes for the comfort animal weirdos, the trannies, and many of the me too crowd.

Put on your focking big girl panties and move on already. Jesus Christ.

We shouldnt bully the weak, but we sure as sh!t shouldnt let them BECOME the bullies.

So do you believe Kavanaugh has been 100% truthful/trustworthy in his testimony and actions?

I'm not asking if there is concrete evidence he lied, nor if CBF is 100% honest.

Yes, without a doubt.

Forgetting that he had 8 beers instead of 6 beers 36 years ago is not "proof" that he's lying.

OK, that's your prerogative. I hope you can at least acknowledge there is room to draw alternative conclusions, even with the limited objective data we have.

The the objective data that we do have can only lead you to one conclusion:. That he's innocent of the charges leveled against him.

And therefore it is your duty to consider him innocent since there is no evidence to the contrary.

I agree, there is room to draw alternate conclusions about how much beer he drank 30 years ago.

I hope you at least acknowledge that any and all conclusions drawn about any facet of Kavanuagh's life 30+ years ago are purely subjective.

Its amazing where we are currently compared to where we started. This whole thing has been such a failure that we keep moving on to different, less significant points.

Theres still no proof he did anything to Ford. ZERO.

The objective data does not prove him guilty of sexual assault. Our duty to consider him innocent is based on the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. But it is only a presumption, and not the only conclusion one can draw.

It is subjective, based on believing CBF and possibly other women's accounts of his behavior.
