So tell me about the surfer dude quarterback Lawrence. Pulling a Nick foles? Was there some other quarterback that got hurt or something? I honestly don't know.

No, I think Lawrence was the top QB recruit in the country, future projected overall #1 draft pick, etc. But the thinking was he would start next year, as the other guy took Clemson to playoffs last year. But they kept giving Lawrence a series here and there, and it just became obvious they shouldnt wait.

well, it turns out that like most football players, his teammates didn't like Tua days.

I learned a valuable gambling lesson tonight.

 

Thanks to round robin parlay, if bama had won, I would have won $280. If I bet $100 before the game on Clemson money line, I would have been guaranteed either $170 or $180, depending who won.

 

Instead, I waited to see how the game went. I figured the odds on Clemson would increase if Alabama looked competent. They did, and Clemson was +265 at one point. I almost pulled the trigger 10 times right there, but didnt, because I wanted more. Well, the wheels fell off and I got absolutely focking nothing.

 

Moral of the story: dont get focking greedy!!
