Here's what I see happening:

Democrats and the MSM keep slandering Trump until the election. Trump beats whichever nutbag the Dems nominate. Lefty loons cry in the streets.

Hillbag, Hussein, and the rest of the gang are arrested for all of their crimes. Lefty loons start burning schit down, and martial law ensues.

As I expected, once talk of a civil war starts coming from the mainstream press, leftists on this forum will ramp up attacks on this thread, calling the thread (or me) batsh!t crazy while the president and media talks of civil war.  If and when riots begin to break out, they will probably demand that I should be banned, complete with slander attempts trying to falsely claim I am rooting for civil war for some stupid ass reason, when I am trying to start a dialogue to prevent it.

Its always the same from the left.  They can never be wrong, so its lies, slander, and destroy anyone they think is an enemy.

What is unspoken (but definitely true) is that the leftists over here are starting to think I actually might be right, so they are actually chirping up to attack.  In other words, the flak is greatest when you are directly over the target.

So I talked to two folks in the National guard and one in full time Army.....they both said that everyone in the military who is there to do any fighting, is republican. Grew up with guns. Love guns.  Love America.  He said there are definitely some medics, janitors,  cooks, some just there for the free education, etc that are liberal and are in the "military". 

 

But I'm sure they fed me full of sh!t. I'm sure the liberals who say the military is liberal are correct. lol.

Would it really take that much to be closer than ever to a civil war since the 1860s?  If we used a scale of 1 to 100 and we had always been at about a 10 but now we are at a 20 wouldn't it be accurate to say we're closer than we ever were yet still extremely far away?

Probably closer. But honestly, it's the right that is showing the most restraint. It's like the little dweeb that keeps talking shlt to the big badass dude who just keeps saying to the dweeb, "just go away". "For your own good just go away and leave me alone."

But then the dweeb (newbie) doesn't heed the warning and the badass has finally had enough and just crushes the face of the newbie with one punch and he turns back to his beer while the newbie lies in blood and pain on the floor. 

That would be the most likely outcome of a civil war in this current day country.

I see some truth in that but I bet it changes if a Dem gets elected President.  I really only see this being a slight issue because of the fringe on both sides.  Does anyone else actually see something like a civil war happening or want it to happen?

The left talks big about resistance and protests and get in the right's faces in public and shame them and attack attack attack, but they do it hiding in the shadows trying to provoke the right. I don't think anything will ever happen but man the left is pushing it like crazy.

Yeah for sure. Could the left look any worse? It's like they have been losing for so long they don't even care what they look like anymore in the eyes of the country. If Trump wins again in 2020, they will just crumble from exhaustion. I'm 50/50 on my opinion of Trump winning again, but I would love to see it because the left needs to just accept they are wrong about their approach to politics and get some sleep and actually try to help the people they represent in their districts instead of crying 24/7.

even beyond that, at this point the dems (thanks to beto) have now convinced a number of republicans that the dems are coming after their guns.   so youll get some of those revolting as well.  

the dems could get a solid majority of the public behind impeachment and remove him but 20%+ of the public will support a revolt at that point and war will begin.  and then russia and china will immediately vote to support the revolt.  then the dems are screwed.  

the dems will go down as war criminals if they keep pushing this. and trump will become king.

While no one wants a war, especially a civil war, I don't see how we avoid one.  The left has gone absolutely insane and their push towards Communism is going to require a purge.  The funny thing is, THEY are the ones laying the groundwork and causing the pockets of violence that are going to lead up to a full-fledged war.  There is no denying that - it's like they really want one to happen...and soon.

The left has given way too many professional grievance groups/mentally ill a voice.  And they are expecting society to change around THEM, rather then them conforming around society with the same basic right everyone else has.  They want special rights at the expense of 99% of the country.
