I'm always dealing with maddeningly dry skin when I get out of the shower. Anyone use a separate face wash that makes any difference?

I use a Kiel's "Facial Fuel" wash before shaving, which is before showering, where I don't wash my face a second time.

Yes and here is why. I am turning 39 next month but still love banging chicks in their 20s. In order to be able to do this one must spare no expense when it comes to ones physique and appearance. So using a separate face was is one thing on a long list of things I do to stay looking younger and awesome. 
 

If I was married and was only going to bang the same women the rest of my life-ie nothing to live for anymore I probably wouldn’t use face wash.
