You have no basis for commenting on him in his previous incarnations. When he was a newspaper guy he was intelligent, witty, and a great poster for this bored. You should stick to what you know and restrict your comments to that. There is absolutely no way he was this person in the past that you speak of. I didn't know him before then but he is such a lunatic now that I find it hard to believe that he wasn't a lunatic back then either. And in no way could he have been a newspaper guy, unless he was delivering the newspapers on his bigwheel. No respectable newspaper would have employed him.

I still love her and everything, I just wish she would turn off MSNBC every once in a while. She legitimately can't see anything orange without attempting to make a trump joke. Some people need to relax and live their lives.

"Changed" is an understatement then. It's not that I don't necessarily believe you, I just find it hard to believe. Hard to believe that someone can change so drastically from this logical person you speak of to some bad s*** crazy far left lunatic.

I don’t know the % but it’s enough to be concerned. The are fine trans people just like non middle eastern muslims. But there are pockets that pose a danger

supermike80 2,028 Posted August 27 again...Perfectly healthy girl sees herself as fat and loses far too much weight. She's immediately diagnosed as someone with a body image problem and is told to get therapy. Her friends and family and doctors all agree she needs help. If that same girl instead says she's a boy, everyone says she DOESN'T have a body image problem and support her changing her gender. It makes no sense whatsoever. None. Any person that thinks he or she is a different gender than what they were born with needs mental counseling and help Period.
Alias Detective 1,435 Posted 16 hours ago Research shows LGBTQ+ young people are three times as likely to attempt suicide than their peers, and close to four in 10 LGBTQ+ youth seriously consider suicide every year, according to the Trevor Project’s 2024 annual survey. This is so sad. Can we all agree? yes, very sad. The stats are the same, if not slightly higher after they go through transition surgeries. Post transition surgeries often come with a lot of complications, some resulting in a lifetime of pain, lack of sexual arousal or ability to orgasm, and they are left infertile. This is so sad. Can we all agree? Of course it's sad. My stance, and others on my "side", is that we are not treating the issue correctly. Too many supposed mental health professionals have taken the attitude that the proper treatment of this issue is to tell these young people they are right, and then put them on hormones and a path towards potential surgery under the assumption that the person was born in to the wrong body. And, as Jerry has repeatedly pointed out, a large percentage of these people have MULTIPLE mental disorders. Before medically altering these kids we should treat their other issues and work with them on accepting who they are. We are approaching treatment of these kids from the wrong perspective and that error has real world implications.
