No.  One of the more sickening things that no one seems to pick up on on these boreds is that ISIS is a creation of the West.  They have US arms and have been protected by Turkey.  I read yesterday that one of the ISIS factions was bussed out of Idlib (NW Syria) through Turkey to NE Syria to engage the Kurds.  If the West had the will, it would have wiped out ISIS in six months.
