Thursday noon onward at a swanky country club. Open bar is a plus and the ge food and venue is great. No spouses and Thursday are the big drawbacks. Meh.

We have an “After Party” in January, when there are some open dates on the calendar with no events scheduled.
They have a paddle wheel riverboat, The General Jackson, reserved for us. Dinner, drinks, and and some door prizes like a tv, Preds tickets, concert tickets. Last year I won a stay at Opryland Resort.
it’s a decent party.

I have never been invited to a company Christmas party. Considering my company is working 7 days a week through Christmas (Christmas day off), I doubt this company will even have one.

We have a small office amd we are more like a family than workmates. Used to be a nice dinner. Now it's a nice lunch.

The mrs (36C) and I made our employees dinner last night at our place consisting of ham rolls, hot baked potato casserole, cheesy corn,Christmas cottage cheese, hot rolls and chocolate brownie pudding delight. The evening was capped off with Christmas charades and a crazy game we simply call the mitten n box game,we then awarded a few prizes and had a gift exchange.

Had a real swanky dinner at a great venue, with an open bar. It’s pretty much the one event we do during the year so we do it up big

How “swanky” can you get in the middle of Washington State?

Well it’s probably nothing like what you used to get up to back when you were robbing people blind with Enron or whatever

We had our Christmas Party last week. The sporting goods store where I worked closed an hour early and we had a pot luck in the store room. Everybody got a $50 gift card to the store where we work (can’t be used with our 10% employee discount) and a canned vegetable for Christmas dinner.

I got creamed corn. I’ll probably eat it on Christmas in my one room apartment while watching Pornhub.

She said we needed a break. But we can try again in a year or so long as I keep paying the mortgage.

God I miss her.

I’d like to thank you for training her so well, but I don’t think you had anything to do with it.
