Coronavirus - Doomsday

Any comment on the fact that they’re implying that ALL “excess” (they’re not even truly excess since some increase should be expected with population growth) deaths (including Covid deaths) were caused by the vaccine?

Copying and pasting from my comments to ShooterMcGutterPedoDefenderIV:

"Unsurprisingly, while you are calling others a POS, you distinguish your self as the real POS here.  The article is not from a "fake news site"; it links to a study done on artificial sweeteners that seems to have been actually performed.  The article does not link to a CDC announcement; it links to something called the OECD, which shows data from the US and other countries for those age 18-49.  Did the data come from the CDC?  A deeper dive is needed, if you care to believe the CDC, but the United States is listed as a member country of the OECD.  Are there not 1.1 million excess deaths since 2020?  This statement is nebulous to me as causation, but there is logical appeal to say that vaccines don't really work.  The linked story goes on to say: " However, the U.S. recorded over 100,000 more deaths in 2021 than in 2020."  Is that false?  How would you know whether it's true or false to declare it fake news?  More importantly, none of what you've posted is true - again.  We knew that would be the case since you appointed yourself as the fact-checker on this."

Of course, if you ask me, I think you both try to lead people astray, but your efforts have been disastrous failures.  Happy New Year!

Holy fock Hack is STILL at it? You’d think the guy would stop after getting embarrassed every. Single. Day. He’s been proven wrong more times than I can remember. He’s been made a fool of constantly. No one here likes him yet he spends ALL day every day on here trying to talk Sh1t only for multiple posters to tell him to shut the fock up and how he’s a retarded ass moron. Dude has no Job, no friends, no house of his own, no SO, no money, no experiences, etc. Only thing he DOES have is this message board. Hence, why he’s constantly on here and will NOT leave despite ppl telling him to. He is what you would call a “low class loser”. Hopefully he sees this and reevaluates himself but we ALL know that isn’t gonna happen. The idiot is dumb as fock though so he isn’t about to give up the only thing in his life that he feels validation through. I regret to inform you that you are a victim of mass formation psychosis.  Maybe some ivermectin will help cure you.

Those articles have some fragments of truth, which they use to trick you into believing their lies.

Below are the main things which are fake news:

1.  Yes, there was a study about artificial sweeteners, but it did not say anything about artificial sweeteners being “behind the spike in sudden deaths,” or even that there was a spike in sudden deaths at all, especially since the study was started in 2009.

2.  Within the first article, there is a line saying “there has been a shocking spike in unexplained deaths reported in the past year among 18-49 year olds.”  That links to a different article (it’s actually the same site, and written by the same author) which is titled “1.1 million Americans died suddenly since last year.”  This article has no data specific to 18-49 year olds, and instead is referring to total deaths of all causes as I illustrated previously.  It does say this data came from the CDC, which I’m sure it did.  Yes, there have been 1.1 million additional deaths over the 2015-2019 average.  But even that is overstating “excess” since deaths increase every year, true excess should really be anything over the difference vs 2019 + about 5% as before 2020 deaths had been increasing roughly 3% per year, so their “excess” claim is about 250Kish too high to start with.  But the bigger issue is that is ALL excess deaths (with the majority of the increase driven by Covid deaths), and yet the article claims that those people “died suddenly,” which is the anticovidvaxxers new term for blaming the vaccines.

sadly my 4x vax'd Stepmother and my 3x vax'd father keep passing covid back and forth to each other.  It's been over 30 days with covid in their house now.  I'd love to hear how this vaccine is working.

Between my wife, myself and 4 kids... 0 vaccines.  1 confirmed case of covid19.  1 serology confirmation of covid 19 with limited symptoms. 1 case of loss of taste and smell in early 2020 without a test.   I assume all of the kids have had it being in the same house, but they've never had symptoms.

On the flip side, my parents are on their third+ bout with 3+ vaccines.

And I wouldn’t necessarily “assume the kids had it with no symptoms,” especially with 4 of them, chances of all 4 cases being completely asymptomatic are pretty low.  There are plenty of examples of people living in the same house as infected people and not getting it at all.

Simply proves it’s possible, not trying to say that’s what typically happened.  But @Ultra Max Power was using both an anecdote AND an assumption of what he thought happened without confirmation, pretty weak evidence

Ah yes, but I should assume that 3 cases between 6 people would have been better with multiple vaccines and also my parents who are going through multiple bouts of covid right now would have been better with more vaccines.

More vaccines = Better regardless of outcomes.  This Anecdotal evidence is also known as real world evidence which should be the end all for evidence.

The vaccines don’t do much against Omicron infection (likely even the bivalent booster which basically had no trial data),  so I’m not surprised your parents had it multiple times.

Where you lose me is claiming not getting the vaccine is somehow better based on a different family’s experience, or worse that the vaccine somehow killed their natural immunity.   Studies have shown that natural immunity + vaccine is actually most effective.

I’m not saying I know either, but it’s certainly possible the vaccine helped their cases be less severe.  Did they catch it in 2021 before November as well?  If not it’s possible it helped them not catch it then

You brought up the natural immunity as far as getting covid. You seemed to want to discount it as much as you can.  It didn't work for my parents who had the vaccine, but is seeming to somehow hold strong for my immediate family... so I'm not sure why you're trying to drawing conclusions 180 degrees different from the data.

Maybe you can point me to the data or study that shows how well people are doing who had covid first and got the vaccine after, vs getting the vaccine first and getting covid after.  Thats the natural immunity + vaccine cohort right?

Both my step mother and father caught covid 19 around Dec 2021.  My step mom has now had covid twice in the last 30 days.  She got the Omicron booster too.

it would be logical if you had covid and had natural immunity you would be protected.  Then if you took a "vaccine" that modifies your DNA it could alter that immunity and not allow you to ever have natural immunity again

Lol this isn’t “data.”  It’d be more interesting if your parents lived with you and you did everything together, but I doubt that’s the case.  Or even if one of your parents were not vaccinated and they didn’t catch Covid but the other did.  But that’d still just be anecdotes.

I wasn’t doubting natural immunity, I was just trying to clarify that you were since you claimed they’ve been “passing it back and forth.”  Did either of them take paxlovid?

Here is one study showing natural immunity + vaccine was superior to natural immunity only: https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.08.24.21262415v1.full.pdf

I don’t think it specified which happened first, but feel free to provide your own link to something saying that would make a difference.

My stepmother took Paxlovid.  after 4 shots, and got covid... again... so what's the paxlovid worth?

That study is over a year old, and not reflective of Omicron at all, so it doesn't prove anything.  The Dubai study shows the opposite fyi.  Natural immunity produced longer periods vs reinfection vs the vaccine.

I showed my anecdotal evidence, which I'm going to rely on vs random internet conjecture.

Paxlovid is known to result in “bounce-back” cases.  If someone really got Covid twice in 30 days it was probably because of that.  Either that or it was just the same case that never went away.

The study I shared said natural immunity was better than the vaccine too (it was quoted by many here), but it also said natural immunity + vaccine was the best.

What Dubai study?   Does it include data on vaccine + natural immunity together?

Good thread on the legitimate criticisms of Fauci, without calling him a criminal:

I like Prasad.  I’m not crazy about Makary but that article was pretty fair.  Only thing I disagree with that he wrote is he claims there was a “conclusive study last month showing Vitamin D reduces Covid mortality.”  I assume he’s referring to this:

https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-022-24053-4

But that’s just an “association” (correlation and not necessarily causation and acknowledges possible confounders), and was not significant for Vitamin D2, only D3, and even that figure was far less effective than the vaccine despite some touting Vitamin D as a supplement for the vaccine.

2.  The first Bergman article links to a second Bergman article (https://slaynews.com/news/cdc-1-million-americans-died-suddenly-since-last-year/) which talks about the 1.1 million dying suddenly since last year per CDC numbers, but which links to this article (https://expose-news.com/2022/11/24/secret-cdc-report-1million-americans-died-suddenly-covid-vaccine/), which in turn links to the OCED stats (https://stats.oecd.org/index.aspx?queryid=104676).  I've seen nothing contradicting these numbers, except for your speculation that the excess deaths claim is 250kish too high.  I doubt that, because year to year comparisons had already been made to arrive at the articles numbers.  Anyway, we don't have to dive too deeply into your speculations, because you're a known liar and one shouldn't waste too much time on you.

You need boosters everyone, because the first shot's efficacy wanes over time (I think we established possibly three months, less the initial month after the shot when a person's immune system tanks).  Now we're at, "No, you get the most out of natural immunity, plus the first shot."  What a crock.  People that don't have the best interest of humanity at heart really want you to get the first shot for some reason.

1.  Yes, there has been an increase in heart disease deaths, which started in 2020.  But the study makes no claims about that, and even if it did for it to even be implying there’s a link with artificial sweeteners they would have to claim there’s been an increase in people eating artificial sweeteners, which they didn’t.  I’ll remind you of the title of the article: “Artificial Sweeteners Behind Spike in Sudden Deaths, Heart Attacks, ‘Experts’ Claim”

None of the other “numerous reports” talked about artificial sweeteners, so the author was clearly referring to the study.  Except the study did no such thing.

2.  Once again, if they are defining “excess deaths” as “the increase vs the 2015-2019 average,” then yes there were 1.1 million excess deaths from 12/14/20 - week 38 2022.  I checked their math and that is correct.  However, that’s not how most people define excess deaths.  Most people define it as the excess over what would have been expected, and since deaths increased every year between 2015 and 2019, then they would have been expected to increase in 2020-2022 as well.

There were 2,854,838 deaths in 2019 (https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/databriefs/db395-H.pdf) and 2,712,630 in 2015 (https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/databriefs/db267.pdf).  So between 2015-2019 deaths increased by 142,208, or 35,552 per year.  Using that same rate of increase (in absolute deaths), you’d get 2,890,390 for 2020, 2,925,942 for 2021, and 2,961,494 for 2022. Taking 2021 + 79% of 2022 you get a total of 5,265,222.  However the 2015-2019 average was 2,782,567, and that times 1.79 = 4,980,795.  5,265,222 (a more accurate baseline) - 4,980,795 = 284k.  I rounded down to 250k.

But that was more of a minor point.  Their bigger lie is claiming that the 1.1 million “died suddenly.”  I’ll remind you of the title of the article: “CDC: 1.1 Million Americans ‘Died Suddenly’ since Last Year”

Excess deaths are not necessarily “sudden deaths,” and unless we’re including Covid, murders, drug overdoses, etc as part of “#diedsuddenly” now, then that’s another lie.

I’ll take that as an admission of defeat

Your points are weak as usual, so I don't blame you for trying to claim some kind of victory out of the pile of speculative word salad you posted.  Complete and utter mission failure here, but, as I said, Chutzpah.

Ok I’ll summarize.  The headlines of the two articles from “slay.com”:

1. “Artificial Sweeteners Behind Spike in Sudden Deaths, Heart Attacks, ‘Experts’ Claim”

and

2. “CDC: 1.1 Million Americans ‘Died Suddenly’ since Last Year

are lies.

Prove me wrong. Show me the statements from the articles that back up those headlines.

If we’re playing technicalities it might be true that there have been 1.1 million heart attack deaths TOTAL (not excess) in the past ~2 years, but that’s not at all what the article is talking about.

Having just admitted that there were 1.1 million excess deaths, you are quibbling with the word "sudden".  I didn't post the article in the first place.  You take issue with the article - you debunk it (which you can't because your attempts to do so are speculation).  You can't.  You've already tried saying, well that's not how excess deaths are calculated, etc.  Now you're saying there may have been 1.1 million heart attack deaths in the last (less than) 2 years.  That would still be a lot (because there are what, 350,000 heart attack deaths a year in the US?).  So in the same time period we ordinarily would expect 650,000 heart attack deaths we now have 1.1 million?  Is that what you're saying?  If so, that extra 450,000 is a lot.  I would expect death from a heart attack to be sudden, as opposed to other CV disease states which take longer to kill a person.

The artificial sweetener angle is the author's notice of one more piece in a litany of alternate explanations for heart attacks and strokes recently offered by the "experts"

Have there not been a number of alternate explanations for heart attacks and strokes surfacing lately?  That assertion is probably correct.

There were not 1.1 million excess deaths.  There were 1.1 million deaths compared to to the 2015-2019 average.

I am “quibbling with the word sudden” because you and I both know that “died suddenly” is the trendy phrase for implying that it was the Covid vax.  So it’s ridiculous to claim that this increase was driven (or seemingly entirely based on their headline) from the Covid vax when it’s a documented fact that the increase was largely driven by Covid (all other causes of death remained flat or increased and Covid deaths were incremental).

I can’t seem to find a good source on heart attack deaths, this says 500k per year but appears to be from 2000 so would be more by now - https://www.womensheart.org/content/HeartAttack/heart_attack_facts.asp#:~:text=Heart Attack Facts. 1.5 million heart attacks occur, with a heart attack death about every minute.

But again, total (not just excess) deaths was not at all what the article was talking about, so if you’re hanging your hat on that it’s just more evidence that “slay.com” is a fake news site. You didn’t post the article, but you took issue with someone calling it a fake news site, but that’s exactly what it is.

The article did not include any evidence that someone was claiming artificial sweeteners are behind a rise in deaths.  So now you’re giving random website authors credit for things that “probably exist”??

You’re lost my friend, I’m sorry to say.

That's 1.1 million excess deaths.  You admitted that in your post from yesterday at 12:41.  You're not going back on it, like you often do when you're cornered like a rat.  You always have a snappy answer or link to some fockstick on twitter for any bs point you try to make, but you can't find a good source for annual heart attack deaths in the US other than some half-assed site that claims 500,000 deaths from heart attack in 2000, so it must be higher now (says you)?  Try the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.  They may know something about it.  From their 2022 Heart Disease and Stroke Statistics Update Fact Sheet:

Sudden Cardiac Arrest • In 2019, any-mention sudden cardiac arrest mortality in the United States was 370,494. • According to 2020 US data, the majority of Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrests (OHCA) occur at a home or residence (73.9%). Public settings (15.1%) and nursing homes (10.9%) were the second and third most common locations of OHCA. • According to 2020 US data for OHCA only, survival to hospital discharge was 9.0% for all EMStreated non-traumatic OHCA cardiac arrests. Bystander witnessed arrests had a 31.2% survival to hospital discharge and 9-1-1 responder witnessed arrests had a 36.2% survival to hospital discharge.

So in 2019, heart attack deaths were 370,494.  That would put expected heart attack deaths under 700k for the year and 3/4 we are talking about.

Stop lying all the time, it's far past old.

There you go quibbling (and lying) again.

I never said there were 1.1 million excess deaths.  I said there were 1.1 million if you define it as the change vs the 2015-2019 average, which most people don’t.

Here was my statement regarding HEART ATTACKS specifically: “it might be true that there have been 1.1 heart attack deaths.”  “Might be true” first of all indicates I wasn’t sure.  And I said heart attack, not “sudden cardiac arrest,” I guess you haven’t read the Damar Hamlin thread to learn that heart attack and cardiac arrest aren’t the same thing.

And regardless, congratulations you have now successfully moved the goalposts to another universe.  I made the heart attack statement as a joke, because that was the only way their claim could be close to true.   BUT THAT’S NOT AT ALL WHAT THE ARTICLE WAS TALKING ABOUT, so this argument is pointless (as are all arguments with you but I digress).

Slaynews.com is a fake news site.
