To everyone, I’m sorry guys. This idiot constantly posts and tries to start Sh1t. Someone report him for something so we can have some peace around here. Cause it seems he’s only good for drunken tirades

That’s how successful doctors from the South speak. Especially ones using their new iPads to study.

Wife is making NY strip steak from Butcher Box.  Also potatoes of unknown final presentation, and salad.  Very 'Murcan.  :bandana:

The biscuits are delicious but they are HEAVY. Have to limit myself to 1 cause if you don’t you’ll be too full. But everything is all you can eat unlimited refills on food, drink, and dessert. You can take the dessert home if you don’t eat any here but the rest of the food you can’t take home. They got a few new items on the menu like gumbo and shrimp & grits

It is ~50 a plate and my parents always pay for us to go there twice on our Myrtle Beach trip. I have eaten at that restaurant at least 10 times and think it is just average. My dad in particular loves it.

i can like seafood buffets.

My parents honestly think myrtle beach had the best food in the world.

Yea definitely not lol. It’s got some decent places but far from the best food. Charleston has a hell of a lot better food than myrtle beach

I wanted 2. But I am trying to cut down on eating. Shouldn't have had one, but I was in a hurry.

I've never eaten there so I can't speak to the quality of the food, but just looking at the buffet items, I'd have a foodgasm in a place like that.

What kind of steak did you use?  Was watching an old Alton Brown show over the weekend and he was talking about cube steak being used for chicken fried steaks, but that the cut was pretty much whatever they could find.  He got into the meat tenderizers with the spikes, so now I am looking at getting one (because that is what happens when you watch cooking shows).

One of the most gruesome scenes from sons of anarchy involved one of those.

I threw together a pasta dish mixing recipes.
Boil you water throw in pasta of choice - I used bow ties (I can’t spell far….)

about 4 mins in toss in some cleaned broccoli rabe. Blanch another mins until pasta aldente strain put aside.

Brown sausage - I used premio turkey sausage- as it browns add garlic and red pepper flakes. Another couple mins add grape tomatoes cut in half. Cook until tomato are soften.

bring the pasta and rabe back into the pan and stir in a cup of pasta water ( you did save cup before drawing right ?)

Top with you favorite grated cheese. I used Romano.
