I'm sure some of them did. FWIW, I heard on the radio today that a former Capitol Police Chief said a company, whose name escapes me, used facial recognition software and identified a couple of well known antifa members inside the capitol during the festivities. 

I'm sure some Trump supporters did stupid sh!t too but they weren't all Trump supporters.

Yup. I blame the peaceful protesters for giving cover to the rioters and looters. I also blame any of the Trump supporters who went to the capital and provided cover for the thugs. Whoever they are.

Maybe so. Her name is Comfort, but I call her Discomfort.

She was feral as hell when she came to us as a nursing mother, but bless her heart she nursed and nurtured some other young kittens we brought her after their mother abandoned them.

I've tamed her to the point where she follows me all over the house and occasionally lets me pet her. She's a sweet little soul, but I imagine Rusty II, who is big and clumsy, scared the crap out of her when he tried to get her out of the fireplace.

You can't even accept that it's possible there were people in the capitol that were Trump supporters?  Do you think the woman who died was ANTIFA?  I've seen numerous reports that the guy with the horns on his head is a Trump and QANON supporter.

It wouldn't surprise me at all to find out that some of the people were not Trump supporters but it's ignorant to believe that there were no protesters causing problems inside.

They broke in and took a bunch of selfies. I told him that it could have been SO much worse. They could have started fires, defaced the paintings on the walls. The pic of the dude carrying the podium and smiling...a "true" riot/protestor/seditionist would have used that to destroy other pieces of property in the building. Watching people climb one by one into the windows was slow...not the RUSH RUSH mentality that I've seen at other riots/protests.

If this is the worst of what comes of Trump's attempts to steal the election, honestly it's less than what I expected him to incite his supporters to do.

I've heard a lot of people comment that this was nothing compared to the SJ riots and that's true. However there were thousands of protests, over months of time, with anger fueled by hundreds of years of injustice, and so many different people involved, and thus so many opportunities for things to go bad. If Trumpers keep this up I expect that it will get SO much worse.
