cuomo even said in his own words yesterday that he has been doing the same thing for 40 years.

I knew Cuomo was guilty when it came out about the female state trooper. Troopers are supposed to have a minimum of 3 years OTJ before they get a detail, never mind the governors personal security detail.  He picked her himself and she only had two years OTJ.
