I said it's probably not a global conspiracy.  There clearly are factions within those organizations which have weaponized their departments though.  When provided them your "argument" is that there are too many examples to pinpoint the starting point, and somehow you see this as a victory.  The Party appreciates your blind commitment to the cause.

I'm not just following conclusions- it is a simple question of if the FBI and DOJ are being weaponized then people should be able to point to a time when it started. I'm not expecting people to "know when they met in a cigar filled room" but rather to just pinpoint the event that makes them think this is just weaponization of the organizations. I find it interesting (as well as intellectually dishonest) that people can not answer that question without resorting to try and frame the question differently or make it fit whatever their characterization is. This is literally a "IMO question" and people can't answer that. 

I even agreed the other day on the Hillary stuff and people just look past that all because I dared to say one group did not pursue further and a separate group decided to pursue further on Trump.

Most FBI agents joined the agency when it was almost unanimously considered a prestigious position and highly respected by the public. I’d imagine there are a lot of agents who have watched the public opinion on them go down and aren’t very happy about the state of affairs. 
A new family moved into my neighborhood before the summer and we learned the man was in the FBI. I noticed in my own reaction it wasn’t the same. Maybe there will be more people on the ground level to come out against the shenanigans.

Just a quick google search shows that in 2019 there were 30 investigations regarding Trump (includes federal, state/local, congressional). This was also before Jan 6th. 

The most recent quarter shows that around $1.6M was spent on Jan 6th ALONE - for 3 months. 

If I had to guess, I'd say we've spent into the trillions on all of these investigations. On ONE man that people think is the #1 threat to our country.

Some conservative should really be tracking this tally if possible. Conservative taxpayers I'm sure would love to know how many of their tax dollars have been and still are going into a witch hunt of the guy they voted into office.
