As someone who had to endure his tenure in Denver, I am not surprised.  Some guys may be great coordinators but not head coaches.  I think he falls in to that category.

McDaniels will be OC of the Pats in 2 years and Las Vegas will be paying his salary.

So, I'm not a huge Jay Cutler fan. But the moment I hated Josh mcdaniels? Was when he came out and said that he told Jay Cutler that he was the man! He was the guy they were going to Hitch their wagon to all the way to the super bowl! And blah blah blah and blah blah blah!
