RedzoneMonster 102 Posted October 14, 2022 This one is weird… Rams coach Sean McVay said Cam Akers (personal) will not play in Week 6 against the Panthers. There's also this from Jourdan Rodrigue: "McVay says team is working through the situation, and he also declined to say whether he believes Akers will be a part of the team in the future." Wowza. Darrell Henderson will probably lead a committee and regain a lot of his fantasy value this week, and potentially in the future as well if Akers is out for longer than this. McVay had some weird stuff to say about him earlier, seeming to suggest Akers wasn’t putting in the work or something. Seemed like a weird thing to say with the guy coming back from a bad injury so fast.
