Georgia grand jury recommends multiple indictments in Trump election probe

You see that as him trying to conspire to get votes illegally, because that's what you want it to be.  I see it as him talking as an in-general statement.  You know, like when you're watching a game and say "Common guys, I need you to score a TD".

Bullsh1t. Listen again, the entire call had only purpose, to get the GA SOS to change the results.

Oh, I have no doubt you see it that way.

If I called the refs after the football game was over and said “I really need a touchdown”, wouldn’t you see a problem?

Only if it would make my team lose.  Oh wait!  Now I get it.

The courts disagreed.

He wanted them to “find” legal votes.  You act as if votes are all verified and counted day of.

Your analogy is flawed for use in this incident.  In your analogy, the game is over.  If the election was truly over, nothing Trump did would matter.  It would be just like Hitlery not conceding the election and going on talkshows for the next 4 years saying she was robbed.  But Trump spoke to the Georgia official while final counts/recounts were still going on.  And that's why there's this investigation.  The assertion is that he was asking for votes to be found.  And maybe he was asking for that.  Or maybe he was just wanting to make sure they were thorough and didn't miss any votes that could help him.  Trump has never been an eloguent speaker.  I really don't have much of an opinion on it either way.  But your analogy is flawed.

Trump:

And you are going to find that they are — which is totally illegal, it is more illegal for you than it is for them because, you know what they did and you’re not reporting it. That’s a criminal, that’s a criminal offense. And you can’t let that happen. That’s a big risk to you and to Ryan, your lawyer. And that’s a big risk. But they are shredding ballots, in my opinion, based on what I’ve heard. And they are removing machinery and they’re moving it as fast as they can, both of which are criminal finds. And you can’t let it happen and you are letting it happen. You know, I mean, I’m notifying you that you’re letting it happen. So look. All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have because we won the state.

Intimidation, Trumpers will never admit that POS is wrong.

I’m glad this saga is behind us now and president Trump, once again, has been vindicated. Put it in the pile with all the other bullshit, all you very fine people.

From the article I posted earlier:

Quote

Kohrs said she volunteered to be foreperson of the grand jury because of a longtime interest in politics, even though she said she’s never voted

Also,

Kohrs, who has worked in mostly customer service and retail roles, was between jobs when she was summoned for jury selection early this year

So who do they think was lying? Consider there is no defense in a Grand jury so the witnesses weren’t called by the defense, it has to be someone called by the prosecution. Hmmmm. So no charges but someone appears to have lied.

I have this video of Joe Biden intimidating a foreign country's leader to fire someone, otherwise that country wouldn't get money.  He's also in this video bragging that it worked.  So how about this... both, Biden and Trump go to jail?  I'm all for it.  You?

There was so much fraud in that election.  But it wasn’t widespread. That would be stupid and a waste of resources. It was in all the right places.

Yeah.  Black people in Cleveland have a much different political outlook than black people in Detroit.

It would be classic when this whole thing gets thrown out that the wacko lefties like behar and joytard reid turn on her and claim she was planted by trump to destroy the chances of indictment.

It’s very frustrating that so many Americans still believe this. There’s absolutely no evidence of it. Every accusation of fraud has been debunked- every one. And yet you guys still believe it.

This is untrue, but no one here is going to try to change your mind.  You've been presented proof numerous times over the years and just dismiss it.   But that's ok.  You're entitled to your opinion.  It would just be nice if, at some point, you allowed other people that right as well.

No evidence? Affidavits signed under the threat of perjury aren’t evidence?

It’s not me who dismisses it. It’s dismissed by every court and everyone who has studied this topic.
As far opinion goes, this isn’t a question of opinion. We can disagree on whether or not abortion should be legal, or if we should give aid to Ukraine, or if affirmative action is a good idea. But we shouldn’t be able to disagree on facts. And that’s the frustrating part. There was no significant voter fraud.

They weren’t dismissed based on evidence. They were dismissed based on standing. Sorry that got by you or you don’t know how standing applies. Ask your lawyer.

It is very difficult to prove a negative in this type of scenario.  You can at best say that there is no evidence of significant voter fraud.

So frustrating to read these same arguments over and over. Yes, some failed on standing. A lot more failed on lack of evidence. Because THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE!!

When Sidney Powell admitted in a court of law that “no reasonable person” would ever believe most of this stuff, I thought maybe THIS is the moment. But no. Here you guys still are.
