It’s probably buried on their website now.  But they had some material back in the height of the BLM stuff in 2020 that examined whiteness.  It was basically an indictment on social norms like individualism, the nuclear family, promptness, science, etc that are all rooted in whiteness and have been forced upon black people.

It appears to be true but it’s also misleading.  He conveniently left out that 29% was Asian (over-represented), and I believe they also have a fair amount of international students, so blacks and Hispanics are still under-represented compared to their share of the population in addition to whites

Of course not.

The "system" benefits those who have earned it, who have worked for it.  If it arises that a group or subgroup is not "represented" it is because they did not EARN it.....

I see this as being true.  The real impact is to the Asian minority group.

Our system is predicated on merit, hard work and achievement....all things the Asian community holds in high esteem and they parent their kids toward this end.  As a result they perform very well.

Because their culture supports the behaviors that meritocracy rewards, they are disproportionately represented.....naturally.....  so they are the ones being denied more so than other groups.

Southwest Asian culture holds similar aspects, and they also perform well.

CULTURE is integral to outcomes.

Here we firmly disagree. Affirmative Action is, IMO, a bad idea, for a number of reasons. But it is not racist. There is no intent to deprive any race, rather the intent is to create an equal playing field. The intent of AA is noble. It just doesn’t work because it creates resentment and doesn’t get to the root of the problem. 
 

And the root of the problem is this: we don’t have an equal playing field. Black kids in our society do not have the same economic or educational opportunities to be successful. Some of this is due to culture, and some of it is due to a series of well-meaning but bad decisions, a big chunk of these by liberals. And some of it, a significant portion, is due to historic, systemic racism that exists in the present day. And it seems to me that this last part is what you refuse to acknowledge (along with the idea that the playing field isn’t equal.)
