I think it could be true that the judge might refuse to allow that, and I think she can do so.  So if the DOJ does try a hail mary here, and dimiss....they might really embarrass themselves.

They will find another way to protect the Bidens.  I have no faith in the system to go after these people.  At best he will plead guilty to felony tax or gun charges and get 30 days in a country club.  Worst case they slightly modify the last agreement.  Either way he will get some kind of immunity and then it will be over.

Biden has a big liability with Hunter Biden's business revelations. The laptop is seen as genuine (58%), majority thinks Biden was part of Hunter’s business interests (58%) and that Hunter sold influence and access to Joe Biden (60%).  

If these found to be true, 67% believe they are an impeachable offense for Biden.
