• On-shore chip manufacturing through government investment.  Getting our best chips from Taiwan is a national security threat.
• Bibles and sex are out of schools.  I don't care about a tranny as long as we leave the kids alone just like I would expect straight people to keep their sex lives away from kids.
• I'll consider student loan forgiveness to an extent if it comes with a cap on tuition.
• Corporations will pay tax on revenue.  No more hiding profits overseas.
• We won't touch Medicare
• Ukraine is cut off.  If Europe cares, they can step up.
• Israel can take care of itself and doesn't need our help our permission to defend themselves as they see fit.
• Climate change - we let the free market decide.  Until China gets serious about it, we don't hamstring ourselves.  Embrace nuclear energy.

It is crucial to convince Arizona, Nevada, and Oregon to never build EV charging stations. This will contain the damage by locking Californians in there.

The reason we can't build chips is because it was the commendable brainpower in Taiwan that beat everyone in the world, including us, to the punch and built them first.

And now they're like, "Now we love you fockers, truly, and we are happy to sell these chips to you. But if you don't want them to fall into China's hands you'd better protect our asses."

And who can blame them for that? It's a damn fine strategy tactic! Whoever was involved in inventing the thing may well have saved their entire island. Taking these chips out of US friendly hands and into Chinese hands would be devastating. Taiwan, the US, and China all know this and also knows each other knows this.

So anyway, persuading them to also manufacture these things in Arizona was a huge coup. But it comes with an obligation...

I'm old enough to remember why Silicon Valley got its name, and it was not for the high percentage of chicks with breast implants but for the computer chips which were once manufactered there.  U.S. regulations and multinationals with no national allegiance made it profitable to move the industry.  That was tremendously short-sighted.
