I feel like it was cooler when we were predominantly 20 something males who could get erections at will, bang hot chick's occasionally and focused on sports and getting focked up. 

Now I feel like we are late 50s pushing 60 bachelor's who never get pu$$y whose lives are hellbent on fox news or cnn and their morning cup of coffee for scrolling why party x sucks for doing whatever it is today.

For the most part, generalizations for both generations of the Geek bored.

If you look at the post counts; you'll get an idea of who I'm talking about.  It has gotten better though since those FBG; or whatever its called; guys came over.  The owner of that site must be a complete moron to drive so many people away. They can at least put two sentences together and not sound like complete douchebags.

I joined 23 years ago (as I was reminded above), so would have been 34 years old.  I think that was a typical FF age profile back around the turn of the millennium.  I'm often surprised by how many posters are in that 56-58 age range.

We certainly were much fuller of vim and vigor (or perhaps vinegar) back then.  But that is to be expected from a younger crowd.  

Not sure why you think most of us are single.  I think most are married.
