4 pointsMind your own business, Manboobs. We don’t need your play-by-play. Thanks in advance.

4 pointsThe shooter is an average white guy, and all the comments I've read (on another site) are sympathetic. It's clearly the CEO's fault. It's amazing how people cannot see the bias. If the shooter was black it would be round the clock news. Everyone would be reciting statistics about how blacks do all the killing in this country and how everyone is afraid. The killer is white and people are on his side. It must be the evil insurance's fault.

3 pointsSo sick of conservative whining about DEI. You guys are so lame. Here’s a hint: give minorities better education. Stop institutionalized racism. End white privilege. Then maybe we won’t need DEi.

2 pointsI wish your high school had been more representative of the entire country. Then we wouldn’t have had these problems. My own high school was 98% white, in Huntington Beach (Orange County.) I received a public school top level education. 30 minutes away, in North Long Beach, Compton, South Central, there were kids receiving an inferior education to mine. Books, facilities, teachers, none of it as good. And of course money doesn’t solve everthing. Of course parents are key. And if you come from a broken home or an abused childhood even an A+ school is unlikely to make a difference. I get all that. Still though the inequity does matter. I’ve been described here as a defender of DEI and I don’t even approve of it, because like Affirmative Action before it it attempts to address a problem at the end rather than the beginning. If you want equality of opportunity for all (and I think we all share that goal) then we have to provide equality of means which translates to education and community investment. DEI doesn’t really work, IMO. But again it’s a minor aspect of our culture and I’m sick of conservatives whining about it, the way you guys whine about undocumented immigrants and transsexuals as well. None of these are to blame for your problems in life.

2 pointsUh no. In case you weren't aware two different people tried to kill Trump and the SS focked up both times. Trying to ensure it doesn't happen again is valid.

1 pointAnd there is no such thing as REVERSE racism. It's racism or it's not. There are plenty of black racists.

1 pointI’m not OK with hiring less competent people. Please don’t put words in my mouth. The idea behind DEI is when making a choice between two equally qualified candidates select one that adds diversity. As I wrote I’m not in favor of this solution, but it does not result in hiring incompetent people.

1 pointHadn't given it much thought. A lot of people hate the health care industry, and UHC in particular. I heard this morning that UHC has the highest decline rate in the industry at like 30% with the next highest being in the teens. That might have something to do with it.

1 pointJust in case you think I'm being paranoid or neurotic; people are not feeling sympathy for the death of this CEO: You see! I'm telling you; it's reverse racism! Let the shooter have been black and we would see pictures of the CEO with his wife and children and crying relatives and the mayor assuring the public that the killer will be found.

1 pointBe better parents and there wouldn't be DEI Teach your kids how to speak, make sure they go to school, DON'T ABANDON YOUR KIDS. Don't marry a Fat white girl just because you want your kids to have nice "White girl hair". Don't be DEI (Didn't Earn It)

1 pointI suppose you would know about "theatre" since that's all we've had from the left since 2016. Remember the great show AOC put on crying at an empty parking lot? Yeah, me too. Great theatre. Nothing the GOP could do would top that. Not even close. GTFO, you useless b#tch.

1 pointIt might be out of hand, not nearly as out of hand as say....faking a FISA warrant or improper impeachments, but still, perhaps ill advised.

1 pointHow about if I say the words, “I was wrong,” but maintain that I was actually right?

1 pointCBS: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/supreme-court-transgender-case-tennessee-gender-affirming-care-minors/ CNN: https://www.cnn.com/politics/live-news/scotus-transgender-care-ban-12-04-24/index.html The Kill Shot: "Chief Justice John Roberts noted recent studies by some health authorities in European countries that have warned of insufficient evidence on the efficacy of treatments for transgender youth. Following an independent review from the United Kingdom, England's National Health Service stopped prescribing puberty blockers and hormones to minors with gender dysphoria. "We're not the best situated to address issues like that," Roberts said. "Doesn't that make a stronger case for us to leave those determinations to the legislative bodies rather than try to determine them for ourselves?" "If it's evolving like that and changing, and England's pulling back and Sweden's pulling back, it strikes me as a pretty heavy yellow light, if not red light, for this court to come, the nine of us, and constitutionalize the whole area when the rest of the world, or at least the countries that have been at the forefront of this, are pumping the brakes on this kind of treatment," Kavanaugh said. If true, this is great news for the USA. Quack science and catering to the mentally ill is not the answer. We just had an election where the majority of US Citizens made their voice loud and clear on that.
