Sho Nuff 720 Posted September 11, 2015 And he handled it like a professional, because that's what the Patriots always do. But the dumber folks attribute it to cheating They always handle things professionally?Holy fock that might be the most BS thing posted here.
RLLD 4,275 Posted September 11, 2015 How the hell is any of this the patriots fault? Headsets that were provided and monitored by the NFLwere having issues and somehow the patriots, through some type of voodoo, have made them malfunctioned. Yea I'll believe that when me sh1t turns purple and smells like rainbow sherbet Not suggesting that it was. Simply noting that you have Tomlin using every angle against an opponent, surely you support that approach to strategy.
Sho Nuff 720 Posted September 11, 2015 Omg at this thread. Get the fock over it you whiny b1tches. Dam can't anyone lose anymore without making an excuse? Who is b1tching about it? You all may be the most thin skinned children ever.
RLLD 4,275 Posted September 11, 2015 I like when Brady whines to the Refs if he gets tackled not nice. I love it. Sometimes he jumps up and throws his little tantrums, LMFAO, just precious.

RLLD 4,275 Posted September 11, 2015 Can't be, the pats never whine and always act professionally. Did you ever hear the full audio of the one last year where Br*dy tried to sell the notion that he got punched? It was focking crassic. Br*dy gets sacked and is of course immediately crying that he was touched, trying to sell that he was punched and Suggs is walking over telling the ref that Br*dy is full of chit and asking him to not "fall for the flop" and the ref replied saying that he didn't give Br*dy the call on his flop during the last game either, just awesome.... Djgb13 2,339 Posted September 11, 2015 Who is b1tching about it? You all may be the most thin skinned children ever. Lol sure we are. The ones whining about a headset and claiming that NE cheated during the game isn't whining. But yet when I laugh at the people whining and tell them to get over it I'm the thin skinned one. enjoy your day

tanatastic 2,062 Posted September 11, 2015 Just the fact that "headset gate" is now trending and is a googleable thing is all you need to know. Funny excerpt from an article. An article on the Steelers’ website says that the audio communications problems started and stopped repeatedly — always stopping when a league official came down to the sideline to deal with the matter, then starting up again when the league official left the sideline area Cmon guys, this is textbook. No other team leaves a game with a "gate" story. No one, only the pats. Watch, next game some kid will accidentally walk into the opposing teams playsheets and scatter them or something dumb like that. Then it will be revealed hes an undercover pats employee. Something will happen.

NewbieJr 541 Posted September 11, 2015 As the world's number one Patriots hater, I have a lot of opinions about them. I think they lack morals, think they're above the rules, think they're smug, think they're horrible for the league, and think that Bellichick himself would kill his family members if it would get him a victory, but one thing I don't think about them is that they're stupid. There is no way in hell they cheated in that game. They knew the microscope would be on them. I wouldn't put anything past that slimeball Belichick, but he is smart enough to wait a bit. edjr 6,898 Posted September 11, 2015 Did the Falcons appeal it? Or was it found and punished and over with rather quickly? It's a bad analogy Ed. There was a multi-page thread on Ray Rice, Adrian Pederson, Greg Hardy. All NFL stories that drug out over weeks and months. The Falcons thing was cut and dry and punished and done. The Patriots appeal Spygate? Spygate was a HUGE story. Why? Any idea? it was the 1st time the team was being accused of anything.

Bad for the league? Hardly. Not surprisingly, last night's game was the highest rated opening game ever. having a team like the Patriots or the raiders of the 70's is good for the league IMO. It even gets non-football people talking about the NFL.

jerryskids 7,085 Posted September 11, 2015 So let me get this straight: the Steelers are butthurt about a totally legal tactic of defensive line shifting EVEN THOUGH THEY'D ALREADY SEEN IT ON FILM TO BOOT?! What a bunch of focking whine bags Yeah, as much fun as it is to troll you guys, that is pathetic whining. We should stick with the real cheating like the head sets. hoytdwow 202 Posted September 11, 2015 Just have one game without a controversy, thats all I ask from the pats. Can ya do that? Just 1 game? But see the thing is, there is no controversy here. The communication system, which is run by the NFL, was malfunctioning for the Steelers. When the operators realized this, they shut off the Patriots' headsets, too, until they got it fixed. Focking Al Michaels said this from the focking booth during the game. Did everyone miss that part? So, the Patriots focked with the Steelers' headsets, and then weren't able to use their own sets. I believe the old saw is "cutting off your nose to spite your face." Yeah, great cheating scheme.

Exactly. Bill had weeks to scheme for the blackout and get scripted plays etc. When you know its happening, you can prepare and not miss a beat. Makes perfect sense to blackout your own headset as well to cover your tracks.
