As a guy who despises Trump, I gotta say, as of right now there just isnt enough there. Its a bunch of hearsay and 'he said she said'. In my opinion, that shouldn't even be enough to warrant a discussion in the Senate.

How much credence do you give to the FACT that every person the first two accusers have specifically named as having been there don't even remember the incidents in question? That seems pretty damning IMO. If I say, "these people can attest to this" and they say "uh, I don't remember that ever happening", it should reflect on my credibility, don't you think?

Why does their denial hold so much weight? If they weren't involved, it's easy to imagine forgetting about the experience, especially if drunk. Alternatively, are you surprised Judge won't comment, given that he may have been complicit with Kavanaugh's actions?
