To add to this, if you go to trends.google.com and enter in the phrase “men can have babies” put the results to only today, you can actually see how many people search this daily in the entire US and it definitely isn’t enough to warrant suggested search results. You can actually see the graph go up about 2000% this morning when this thread was posted. About 10 days of the last 90 have 0 searches for this phrase, yet it’s suggested. Google is dumb. Few days with 0 searches, peak day is 100 on May 25th. To compare, here are the results of "Men can work" which has maybe 4-5 times the volume as "men can have babies" https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?date=today%203-m&geo=US&q=men%20can%20work yet it wasn't suggest to one person in this thread using "Men Can ".
