Had to Google it. It's Tom Hanks. Played Uncle Ned. The mom's brother was an alcoholic.
Big Blue 06 195 Posted July 5, 2019 Liked him in Batman, American Assassin, and newest Spider Man (not the one that opened today; the other one) Otherwise, I don’t know if I’ve ever seen him in anything.

Bill E. 676 Posted July 6, 2019 It has been 30 years since I have seen it but I always remember liking him in Nightshift. More recently he was a really good Vulture in the recent Spider-man movie. A likeable villain.

Think of it as the equivalent to pressure, or psi, in water or air hoses. Standard voltages for residential electricity are 120 volts or 220/240 volts. There is no 221. The scene represents Keetons lack of grasp on electricity. The joke is actually on Mull in this. 220/240 is reserved for large appliances with (2) 120v conductors like a stove, water heater, dryer. Not standard wiring for outlets, lights, etc.

The exchange woukd have been more accurate if Keaton had said he was upgrading his electrical service and Mull asked if he was putting in 200 amp service. But 220 and 221 are funnier numbers than 200 and 201
