Do conservatives call college "leftist programming" because they experienced it or because that's the cool terminology to use?  I don't recall being all that influenced politically while at college.

I hear conservatives blame the education system for liberalism all the time but haven't really heard much evidence to support it.  I asked a simple question as to why so many believe this is so true.  I know there are going to be some schools that are very liberal but I see the whole system being labeled this often.

I finished college in 2005.

I still haven't gotten much info to back up all these opinions.  I know what your opinions are already, I'm curious as to why?  Is it from experience or is it just because you hear it said on something like Fox News?

I ask these questions because I see it mentioned a lot by conservatives.  I see people who have been out of school for 50 years using these same talking points but I have no idea how they came up with their opinion other than it's what they hear on TV.

Sometimes the TV tells the truth. Riots at Berkeley was one instance amongst many. And the colleges that produce the leaders that call the shots are all liberal.

I don't disagree with that.  There are going to be specific examples of colleges.  Does that represent the entire education systems like some suggest though?  I have found that the majority of teachers I know lean left.  It seems to be a pretty common trait.

At the college I worked at the head of the conservative "group " had to be given a room near faculty that wasn't near the student population.

I think RLLD is willing to consider that it’s true since it came from a Giuliani guy (not Democrats) and Nunes won’t even say it didn’t happen. Also RLLD probably realizes that if you say it isn’t true and then later it’s proven to be true, you’re in a bit of a tight spot because you can’t argue that it was totally appropriate.
