Throwing money in an envelope isnt going to help.  Education will help..population control will work...you cant get gainful employment if you have to raise 3 kids with no help.  You cant get good jobs when you cant read and do math because you had to drop out...or worse was afraid to go to school.  Its about raising expectations in the poor communities..not raising more babies.  Its not a self sustaining model.  Its not the kind of help they need.

I am something like 97% Irish,    My dad's grandfather (or maybe great-grandfather, can't remember exactly) came over on a boat starving and was drafted by the Union and fought in the civil war (the scene in "Gangs of NY" where the Irish immigrants came off the boat and were handed uniforms and sent to war was actually pretty accurate).     

Someone explain to me why me or anyone in my family would contribute to reparations or be willing to have our tax dollars go towards it?

And of course there is also the aspect that my relatives were sh!t on and discriminated against when they got here and for a long time after.     We dealt with it and worked our way out of it.    We landed in the cities and did sh!t jobs there until we could leave and then built better lives for our descendants.       It took my family 3 generations, my dad was the 1st one who wasn't poor and shat on.

I grew up in rural town USA where many white people lived below or well below the poverty line.  Do they get money too? They need it.   The trailer parks need it just as much as the hoods. Lets just turn this once great nation into a socialist sheethole where no one has any motivation.  

Some of the smartest hardest working kids in my high school came from crap families...worked hard and earned scholarship money.  It was the one way to better themselves.  Free public education.

Actually, reparations was how the Nazis took power in the first place.  Germany lost World War I and was essentially forced to pay reparations to the winning side.  That pissed off so many Germans that they turned to Hitler.  Reparations was one of things Hitler ranted about.

After World War 2, Germany was cut in half.  One half was a Soviet puppet state.  The other half was terrified that the Soviets would take all of Germany.

You can go to cosmetology school, become a mechanic, a lawyer, or a brain surgeon, or whatever you want to do on America's dime. Present the opportunity. Those that prosper will have better lives. Agreed.  But the thing is, a lot of this is already available.  People who are truly poor, that have little to no money... even on welfare, can get grants (free money), for school.

I can tell you this, if the government wanted to allow black people to have to not fill out the paperwork for grants and just give them free education... period, I'm ok with it under 2 conditions.  No 1: No money (at all), in that state can be used for illegal immigrants for any service (education, drivers licenses, etc), and No 2: It has a time frame... such as, this free education option can not last longer than 25 years.

I agree with the first 2.  The last one, while I agree with you, it's not really necessary.  As I said, if you really are poor, you can get a grant.  Just fill out the paperwork.  I mean, just allowing black people to not have to fill out the paperwork really is just pandering, but lets be honest, both the black population and Democrat party have proven that they are perfectly content with pandering to black people.
