Prediction : The court will rule that while the governors and Secretary of State did not go through the state legislature as faked for in the constitution, due to a declared public health crisis and in the interest of assuring people could vote in a safe manner , they were right in instituting the changes so everyone could vote. A people’s right to vote takes precedence over what the constitution calls for in a time of crisis. John Roberts was not picked because he was a “conservative “. He was picked by the establishment to serve the establishment. It will echo what he did with Obamacare. Thank Bush, Cheney and the rest of the neocons. And sorry to say, thank people who only care about the 2a above all else when it comes to the judiciary.

Also, should the court throw out the Texas results:

Texas' Republican Gov. Gregg Abbott extended early voting by a week and expanded the period in which mail-in ballots could be hand-delivered. "Using his emergency authority because of the pandemic," Glenn Smith, a Texas Democratic political consultant, told me, "our governor accomplished exactly what his attorney general is saying other states did, improperly. Nonsense. None of this harmed the presidential election. It helped turnout."

We can look forward to weeks of lawsuits and baseless claims of fraud in every election from now on. Even in defeat Trump finds ways to drag the country down into the slime gutter with him.

Good riddance POS.

That's called democracy in action.  Allowing people to seek justice in the courts.  If you dislike that, perhaps a system of government without courts is more to your liking.  Some sort of dictatorship perhaps?

Well hopefully Trump has his CIA and FBI spying on the Biden crew, setting them up and firing up the special counsel.

That'd be fair....right buddy ?

There it is. This thing has very little to no chance. Good find.

Filing frivolous lawsuits and insisting fraud occurred absent any evidence is the womanly spasm of a sour grapes sore loser. How bout you pull up your big boy pants and act like a sane adult male? Sometimes we don’t get what we wanted boo hoo.

I see your point, maybe he could storm the streets screaming "not my president" or fabricate fake reasons to encourage impeachment....

Trump supporters are all about the "not my President" phrase now.  Funny how the tables turned.

Ray and his ilk spent 4 years poking fun at the Hillary sky screamers. Pretty funny to watch them have exactly the same undignified womanly sour grapes meltdown now. 😂

I don't think they're as dramatic as the left but they certainly complain just as much.  I don't think I can imagine someone on the right crying because Trump lost.

A quick search of that  phrase does not bare out your accusation. Try again.  And stop making things up. Thanks.

A quick search where?  If all you did was do a search on here then your research skills suck.  Step outside of this site and get a glimpse of what others actually think.

Nice try. Stop putting what the rest of the internet , of all things, is saying on the people you are engaging with. You should have said “not the people here”. Your constant projections are tiresome. And weak. Pick up your game.

You and the other Trump guys here do not represent the rest of the population.  Just like I do not represent all of the people who dislike Trump.  You're delusional if you don't think there are people out there saying it.  It's as if you're living in a bubble.

If you want to seriously talk about projections, take a good look at yourself.

There is no link.  Open your eyes and look.  If you're not on social media then you will have no clue.  If you don't think social media is a representation of what people think then it doesn't matter, we're both wasting each other's time then.

Nah, i more often than not say something like “the sky screamers here”. You always project internet nonsense onto the people here. Talk more smart. You’re getting to be some horrible cross between Newbie and Shonuff. With a little “I know a guy” thrown in.

I'm not projecting onto people here.

"Talk more smart."  Say this out loud to yourself and tell me if you think that sounds correct.

This is even better than the Russian collusion because this involves practically everyone in the orbit of the election. Just the sheer number of people involved makes it impossible to believe, yet somehow they cling to hope.

Voting software rigged

Counting ballots in other countries

Crooked ballot counters

Crooked state legislatures

Inept/crooked judges

Ballot stuffing

Ballot burning

Recounting ballots

Suitcases of ballots shipped in overseas

And I’m sure I even missed a few. This is the most preposterous story in the history of ever.

Are you going to volunteer during the Insurrection Act for your side. Thinking I get recalled after serving 20 years in combat arms. Rather not but technically I am obligated since I retired not long ago. Was hoping they give me a pass but I doubt it.

You know what's preposterous? The rejection rate for mail in ballots in GA.

Do you even know what that is ?

Its hovered around 3% for a long time. 3% of around 80k ballots give or take....

Know what it was this time ? .003% ...

.003% of 800,000 ballots.

Preposterous?

You're a uniformed clown 🤡

Fact check from Reuters.

Quote

The Facebook post by the Georgia SoS says that in the 2016 Presidential election, 580 out of 246,621 absentee by mail ballots were rejected for “missing or inaccurate oath information” with a rejection rate of 0.24% (here).

In the 2018 general election, 454 out of 284,393 absentee by mail ballots were rejected for missing or non-matching signatures with a rejection rate of 0.15% (here).

In 2020, 2,011 out of 1,322,529 absentee by mail ballots were rejected for missing or non-matching signatures with a rejection rate of 0.15%. Both 2018 and 2020 has the same rejection rate of 0.15% for signature issues, the Georgia Secretary of State said. (here)

The claim that almost zero ballots were rejected in Georgia this year is false. 2,011 absentee by mail ballots were rejected for signature related issues.

The claim that around 4% of ballots were rejected in Georgia in previous election years is also false. The Georgia Secretary of State said that 580 ballots in 2016 and 454 in 2018 were rejected. These numbers make up ballot rejection rates of 0.24% in 2016 and 0.15% in 2018.

This Fact Check reviewed the amount of ballots rejected specifically due to signatures, as provided by the Georgia Secretary of State in its press release (here). This is a subset of the total rejected ballots in the state. The total rejected ballots data is not yet available for 2020.

According to the nonprofit, nonpartisan organisation Ballotpedia, Georgia rejected 6.42% of mail-in ballots in total in the 2016 general election and 3.10% in total in the 2018 midterm (here). These totals include rejections because of signatures, but also include, for example, ballots received late or past deadlines, problems with return materials or a voter having already voted in person.

It may be that Trump was referring to the 0.15% of ballots specifically rejected for "missing or non-matching signatures" when saying that ballots rejected in 2020 were "almost zero", but this percentage is consistent with past years. The higher percentage he mentions for past years is likely based off the total rejected ballots (here) which can not be compared with 2020, as this information is not available.

Every day you come up with a new way to lose this thread, that's dedication.

On the plus side, we'll get plenty of this kind of stuff to   at.

This is Joe introducing his pick for Health and Human Services, Javier Becera

Or as Joe likes to call him

"Health and Education svmpls, Javier Backarera."   Around the 30 second mark.
